I have been coming here for the past, I guess, three to four years and I am more than happy with the service Ive received. Ive purchased two laptops from here. One for me and one for my mom. I started having issues with mine, I took it to back to the retailer and he fixed it promptly and was extremely apologetic. I have had this same laptop for the past three years or so. Ive wanted to go back and upgrade, but Im satisfied. The owner is very reliable, trustworthy and reasonable in terms of pricing. Have and will continue to recommend him to others.

Ray is very knowledgeable, friendly, and wants the best outcome for his customers. He quickly diagnosed my problem, provided a recommended solution, guided me to find the right drive to meet my needs, and did the entire installation and file transfers very quickly and at a very reasonable price. His customer service and communication (no "tech geek speak" here!) is exemplary. I wont take my PC anywhere else! It was well worth the drive from Chapel Hill.

Hands down the absolute best repair shop and place to even buy reconditioned PCs! Rey is bar-none the heart and soul of this company; and I have referred everyone I know to them. Easy to walk in, nice seating area while he does diagnostics, and then phone calls back to him with technical questions are handled FREE so you never have down time. Thank you!!!

Great service, good work, fast turnaround.. Extreme PCs was honest and knowledgeable. I took them my music server (a custom built home-theater PC). They added additional hard drive, rebuilt/improved performance of existing drives and its better than ever. Highly recommend, will be back. Best PC service in Raleigh area. Thanks!

After dropping my netbook from a height I took it here. I knew my screen was cracked, but I feared worse. Ray diagnosed the problem for free. I needed a screen replacement only. It was honest and quick service with no over-selling. I will go back.

I took my netbook in today after I broke the keyboard while adding memory to it. Rayford was very friendly and helpful. He fixed my netbook in about 5 minutes! I will definitely be going back to Extreme PCs for all my future computer needs.
