I do know your husband and he was the one that agreed on the process, yes its a diagnostic fee involved and it can take up to 24 to 48 hours depending. We dont sale boards or parts, we are just a repair center, and yes your TV had more issues with it after we got the right power levels input which was a problem unseen at the time, I never said I would do it less, again I dealt with your husband only during this process and I told him I would not charge no labor which it would have saved him money, not mention he could of opt out of not doing it all together, but I got the go ahead, and I showed him everything from the testings. I am not sure what he told you, and since he bought the board all I can do is resell it for him and yes this can take some time to do. $30.00 is non-refundable, but he will get back his $80.00 once the board is sold. We have a policy here and he agree to all terms. Please be truthful on your review you never been here and I have never met you. We are working on it now even if I have buy the board from your husband. Thank you again.

They are horrible business because they took my TV and knowing that it was not able to be fixed. They took my $30 and then waited about 4 days before doing anything. When I threatened to take my TV they said oh we will fix it for less. So they ordered the part and then they said the part is not working so they have gotten my money and has not fixed my TV. They had a nerve to say they can not be refunded for part and they cannot refund me my money until they sell the part. So I out of $120 and my TV is not fixed and he still has the part I paid for. HORRIBLE BUSINESS RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM REPORTING THEM to BBB

Thanks for notifying the public Janet! Heres a little business background for you. First it was Wilson Computers giving lousy if not poor customer service. With the badge he looks like Dudley Doo Right. Now, this politician changes biz name to Windy City Computers. A very Good choice because the owner cannot be trusted. He, has terrible demeanor, lies like a fountain and scams well meaning people just like a Chicago Politician. Then when exposed Cries Wilson whines, pouts and desperately has to give himself positive reviews.
