Rich and his crew at CPR have done great work for me and my friends, I figure get it done right the 1st time and no need to keep going back, so if I have a hint of any trouble with any thing electronic I call CPR and see if they can fix it, and then they do!! Ive even attempted to have my grandsons Wii game console fixed there, for some odd reason we couldnt get it to work at home, so we took it to CPR and they had a look at it and said there was nothing wrong with it, a little condensation I think he said, but anyway it worked like a charm once we got it home, and then he said no charge because they could find nothing wrong with it, Since then I have had work done on my Desktop and Laptop with the same results, FULL SATISFACTION!! Honestly, Great Work, And Reliable, and service with a Smile, even locally owned. Who could ask for more? I will always take my business to CPR

I have gone to CPR anytime I have any kind of computer issue, and I have referred people to the company to buy new and refurbished computers, accessories, and services. The prices are always the lowest, and the service is phenomenal. If you live in Rochester or Buffalo, or anywhere in-between, go to CPR in Batavia. You will not be disappointed.

The owner is very nice, and he does most repairs himself. The rates he charges are very fair, and he looks around for the cheapest parts, but doesnt lie to you about the price he pays (I was right there when he ordered a new screen for my laptop off eBay). I would highly recommend CPR to anyone in the Batavia area.
