I had a terrible experience. I made an appointment with the owner. When I arrived, I realized the "business" was actually someones house and the owner wasnt even present for our appointment. The "technician" who was present asked the homeowner if it was okay that I was there. I felt very uncomfortable. The technician spent 50 minutes telling me that the owner (the one who could fix my problem and with whom Id made the appointment) would be there in 10 minutes while he slowly and painfully explained what should have taken 5 minutes to fix. He ignored repeated requests to move on to my primary concern. It seemed he was stalling so he could charge more. He kept saying the owner would arrive in 10 minutes and then we could fix the problem. Eventually I ran out of time and had to leave. Although the technician initially stated that I did not need to pay until all the issues were fixed, he changed his mind at the end and requested I pay upfront. It was an entire waste. That hour was so boring, pointless, torturous and expensive!
