Thank God for Mr Fix iphone repair! On Friday, I had a bit of a traumatic experience where I almost drowned while floating in a river. Around my neck at the time was my phone in a "waterproof" phone case. Come to find out, it wasnt so waterproof after all. I did the usual "let it sit in a bag of rice" trick everyone talks about, but this did nothing for me. I tried to take it to the mall, but they didnt have any 6s+ parts, so they couldnt help me. Finally I began my Yelp search and sent a message to Mr Fix. They got back to me same day, which was Saturday, letting me know I could come in right away. It took her 20 minutes and $50 to restore my phone, which I thought was impossible. I was already looking on Craigslists for a brand new phone to buy if this place couldnt help me. Luckily, everything was fixed! Im really thankful for the work I had done here. I NEED my phone for work and he made it possible to continue my every day life in just 20 minutes. I shattered my iPhone6 and i was pretty sad.. Me and this phone have been through a lot and when i finally broke it i was like "oh finally" haha. anyway i took it in and Valentino did an amazing job! He fixed the shattered screen right in front of me so seeing him dissect the phone was really interesting. Valentino is really funny too and super nice. The place was a bit tight but i was honestly there for a good 15 min and it was not busy. Im sure when its busy it might get kind of uncomfortable in the room but shops and restaurants around have a lot to offer so just roam the area and find a good place to grab a bite etc. Overall,I couldnt be happier. I now can function with a non crack screen and the world is a better place

This is by far the best cellphone and computer repair store I have been to in Richmond. When you come in, you are instantly greeted and helped. Michael is very friendly and helpful, he always makes sure to help out with technical issues with my phone/computer within a short time. They also have very reasonable prices and they are straight up when it comes to your devices and what options you have. Thank you Mr. Fix, and thank you Michael for an amazing customer service experience. I definitely recommend this place! :)

If you ever have an iPhone cracked with part of the LCD not working, this is the place to go to. I love the friendly service and they took less than 20 minutes to get my sons phone looking brand new. They also opened a location in Downtown Richmond which was closer to me. Im so happy that I found this place! Worth every penny. You can get a deal by checking in at yelp.

Great experience. Took a bit longer to fix than they estimated, only because they made sure to diagnose the problem accurately; it turned out to not be what I thought, nor what they thought at first, but a third problem entirely. Their technician kept me informed throughout (I waited there). They were professional and helpful to everyone who came in the door.

Whatever you do do not go to Mr.Fix. He messed up my iPhone 6 by putting the wrong type of battery and when he put my phone back together he didnt even put the screw back in. This caused my motherboard inside my iPhone 6 to be damaged and he also tries to not give you refunds. So if you are in Downtown Richmond Virginia I recommend to not go to Mr.Fix

Best computer repair shop Ive ever dealt with! Victor went above and beyond the call of duty to repair my aging laptop. Its now running like a top. I cant say enough good things about this place. If youre computer is having issues, go see them, super nice people, good prices and their shop mascot is Ringo, the wiener dog.what more do you need?

Prompt + quality service + excellent value. Mike was great. Thorough and examined the phone carefully and was very upfront about parts, costs, etc before doing any repairs. Then, after repair he examined the phone again and showed me it was all working right. Entire process took about 20min. Great service and price. Highly Recommended.

Alex and Denys are skillful experts in repair cell phones and other electronic devices of any kind and they are very cool nice guys. I brought them my Sony Z5 premium in a very bad conditions, screen broken-in 1000 pieces , case bent like a banana and so on, they resurrected it and now it looks like as nothing ever happened. had my phone screen replaced a week ago, when i got it back neither cameras worked. he said hed have to charge me additional money, within that week the screen cracked minorly and the touch screen stopped working. he refused to help me with these issues. go somewhere where they guarantee theyre work, and also use reliable parts.

Came to get cracked IPhone 6 fixed. Took the phone home and a black line started to appear on phone and spreaded across screen daily. Came back to discuss problem and had to pay to replace the cheap screen they put on. Dont waist your money, for the fast service.

Quick and easy service. They post a coupon online for 10 dollars off any repair. Had my screen replaced here for 80 bucks during my lunch break. So long as they are not busy the process takes 15 minutes or less.
