I had an HTC One M8 and about a week ago the phone started getting constantly hot, the battery was draining quickly, and charging took 4 times as long. I thought a battery replacement might fix it so I took it to Mr Fix Cell Phone & Computer repair and had Alex work on it. I called around a few places and decided to go with him because he had good prices, answered the text help line instantly with a quote and answered my questions, but most importantly for me if the phone did not get fixed he would not charge me a single cent. I took it in and he worked on it for 45 min, and the worst was confirmed - the brain of my phone, the processor card, was probably causing the issue because he tried three different batteries and none of them fixed it. That was unfortunate news but he was honest, told me that maybe a factory reset would fix it, but ultimately maybe a new phone would be best and not to be any money into it. I had wanted a new phone anyways, but tried this last ditch effort to fix it. True to his word I was not charged, but I appreciated his work and his honesty all for free. Bottom line - I would recommend Mr Fix Cell Phone repair to anyone with phone problems because what do you have to lose with the guarantee fix or no pay? Plus Alex was friendly, an expert, and quick to communicate and work on the phone. Do yourself a favor and contact him today for your phone fixing needs. I will be going back there if I ever need any phone servicing!

The guys who work here are amazing at what they do. I took a phone in for a screen repair. It took a while because of the type of phone (HTC M8) they had to order the correct screen. When I did get the phone back, it malfunctioned and I could not use the touch screen. I took the phone back and they tried to fix it but they could not figure it out. They offered to get me a replacement phone. The first phone they ordered was the wrong operating system so they ordered another and threw in a free case. Even though the whole process took a couple of months, I couldnt get upset because the guys were so nice. I have never experienced such excellent customer service. I would recommend this shop for anyone needing phone repair and I will definitely go back any time I need tech repairs.

These people are really great workers! My daughters Ipad looked like a piece of garbage! She cracked her screen and dropped at the water the same time during our travel. We stopped by at the nearest cell phone repair shop along the route Ive found online. They didnt know if it was salvageable! But After Mr Fix repair it looks brand new all for less than $79.99! This is THE place to get any smart phone, tablet, and even laptop screen replaced. I saw they fixed someones macbook pro and Samsung galaxy the same time they fixed my daughters Ipad. The price was very reasonable, I can say it was the cheapest price Ive found online.Saved me a lot of $$

I am not a big reviewer but I feel obligated to fill out good review in on these guys. I came in with my little Asus, which was having an audio output problem after a regular maintenance update and also I needed keyboard and touchpad replacement. They fixed my problem and were very friendly and very knowledgeable. I just today got back my laptop that I shorted out the keyboard with alcohol. They replaced my toasted touch pad as well as keyboard. Thanks to Mr Fix Computer Repair, I have new life in my machine. I will bring them more business soon, as I have other repairs on other devices to do.

The service was immediate and friendly. The first time I went in, they fixed my phone screen, LCD, and front camera. The guy working did it in about 20 minutes and even gave me a great price on the new camera. He was playing great music and held a friendly conversation with me and my friend the whole time we were there. About a week later, my front camera stopped working. I brought it in again and they replaced the camera - no charge. Thank you, Mr Fix. If I ever have any phone or computer trouble, Ill be back. Godspeed, gentlemen.

Great help: prompt, friendly, and helpful. My desktop computer stopped working and it turns out that the thermal paste on the heat-sinks that keep my motherboard cool had disintegrated over time and so my computer stopped turning on. I was able to drop my computer off for a diagnosis and by the next day they had my estimate. By the day after that my computer was fixed and in the mean-time they did a fresh install of Windows so I could start fresh with a clean machine.

Amazing! I thought this place a mirage as I walked by picking shards of glass out of my swiping thumb and dreading an apple store stop during the holidays to fix my cracked screen. Greeted with smiles and no line they said the screen would be like new in 20 minutes. 12 minutes later my phone was good as new and I got a snazzy new case from their great selection. If and when I smash my phone again (lets be honest - when), I will gladly come back!

I got a broken iPhone 6 Plus. Ive been referred by one of my friend for iPhone repair amazing service. I have called and got a quote from almost 5 different stores but these guys beat them all with $20 less than everywhere else and screen repair took 10 minutes only!! Yes 10 mins. They have highest service. They also offer water or candies while they repair your phone. Thank you for your service. Ill be back if I need you again (hopefully not )

The young man helping my friend and I was extremely helpful. Not only did he fulfill his duty of fixing the horribly broken phone, he also kept friendly conversation throughout our visit. There was no wait when we got there and he fixed the phone once in 10 minutes and then fixed something else wrong with the phone in another 5 minutes! Overall great experience and I will be using this place for all my broken phone needs.

It was a really cool experience. I wanted to thank Dennis for fixing my phone the prices were cheaper than most other stores in the area. They gave me a great deal on a new screen protector also. Trust me go to them when you break your phone screen, charging port breaks, or if your phone gets water damage. They are fast, cheap and you have a great time talking to them

Great place to get your phone fixed. Was referred here by some guys at AT&T. The guy who fixed my phone did it right in front of me and explained everything! I had earlier went to RVA wireless but theyre customer service is terrible so I came here and was very satisfied. Got my front camera and speaker fixed and even got an otter box case for only $63.

Called this phone repair business to get an estimated price on a screen repair, the man on the phone said it would be $300 to repair a Galaxy S7 Edge. After telling him that the place I called before this gave me an estimate of $135, he was silent for about 45 seconds then hung up.
