INCOMPETENT BUTCHERS.....I read the reviews and I still went. What a mistake!!! This place lacks the professionalism, customer service and technical skills to be called a Electronic Repair Store. The person behind the counter has no customer or professional skills. His name is David, an old man apparently nice and harmless but... He told me to come at 6pm to pickup my phone. I showed up but the phone didnt. He tells me to come back at 6:30.I did but the phone once again didnt. So he tells me that the technician is bringing it in about 5 min. After a series of "the technician is only 5 min away" the phone arrive at 7:45. David doesnt apologize for the delay so I go ahead and inspect my device. To my surprise they damaged the case while opening it. I make the remark and David was not too happy that Im complaining that they damage my phone. He said that its normal. I shouldnt complain about that.My device was extremely well maintain. Anyway, I was running late and I couldnt get in a lengthy conversation so I left unhappy.A week later Im having problem with my device so I bring it back to get it checked again. David first refuse to take it back. After raising my voice and leaning heavily over the counter he agree but at the condition that I write a note stating that I wont complain and agree to further damage to my phone. Unbelievable! I walked away. Dont do like me, I was warned but still went. I regret the day I stepped in that dump. Spend a little more and get quality work and professionalism. Update I went to a different place to get it fixed. They couldnt because it was badly damaged. The soldering that theyve done was awful. It was so badly done that in order to fix my phone I would need to replace the motherboard. It cost about $160. I went ahead and bought a new phone. Dont go to that place, theyll butcher your electronic. Please keep looking.

I try my best to support local businesses, and when I find one I like, I recommend it to my neighbors and co-workers. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Computer Clinic, and do not believe that such an unethical and shady business belongs in our community. I took my desktop computer to Computer Clinic to be repaired and was told I would receive a call the next day. I did NOT receive a call the next day, and ended up having to call them the day after that. I was told that I had a Master Boot Record virus. My computer had an anti-virus program installed, and almost every virus protection program out there prevents anything from writing to the Master Boot Record without permission. After being charged $95 initially, I was charged another $95 when I retrieved my computer. When I got the machine home, I found that nothing had been done to it. I finally found the problem myself which was a bad auxiliary disk drive, but only after being charged almost $200 for absolutely nothing. The gentleman who runs this business is not only a charlatan, but does not belong in our community. Not only do I intend to take my business elsewhere, I fully intend to tell everyone I know, that this particular business should be avoided at all costs.

After I read all the review I decided Bring my computer to the store. My Alienware 17x for some reason cant not be start and make one short Alarm warning sounds. After I describe the symptoms to the old guy working there . He told me should be ready by end of the night before they close i said ok. Should be not a big problem cuz I google it before I came. But the surprise is I have to pay $120 first before they do anything. I paid the $120 then left. I wait for 2 days he didnt call me. I call the store he told me he still working on it. I tried to be polite said ok. Not a problem just take ur time. But after one week later. He call me said they can fix my laptop because the graphic card is broken....... when I came over pick up the laptop they even scratched the surface of my back of the screen cover(because when he turn over the laptop didnt use any things soft to cover the table) if you want go there I can tell you they are not very skilled people but they will take your money first . When the problem they cant handle. They will simply tell you a problem worth more then your laptop or very expensive.Ill also post my recipes and scratch surface on yelp you guys can check out.

This is the worst place to get your computer fixed. I took my computer in to have my motherboard replaced only to get it home and the computer would not work. I took it back and the owner diagnosed it as having a totally different problem; a bad hard drive is what he said this time (I was charged $95 for this diagnosis even though he promised he would NOT charge me since I had to bring it back) Well I then, being the fool that I am, allowed him to replace my hard drive. I had to take it back two more times after it did not start up and when it finally did I found out that he DID NOT PUT MY OLD INFO ON MY NEW HARD DRIVE!! Not only that but he actually threw my old hard drive away!!! Every person with common sense knows that peoples hard drives these days contain an infinite amount of valuable info! He never even asked me if I wanted it back and had the audacity to say "transferring the information would have been too costly for me!" What a #@*%#@! That hard drive contained all of my business information and a million pictures of my children and family which can never be replaced! I am in the process of suing that *#!@*! I am also filing a complaint with the BBB! Do NOT go there.

Very unprofessional, very incompetent! Just got my laptop back after two weeks, and nothing is fixed. When I dropped it off, it was promised to be fixed the next day. Every two days when I called to see if it was ready it was a different diagnosis with a different excuse (from the same person) for why it was not repaired. The excuses didnt even make sense. If you like getting the run-around with more than a bit of incompetence mixed in, this is the place for you. The "owner" David said he would make sure I got a discount for all my trouble. When I came to retrieve my laptop, he said no refund period. So I paid $95 for nothing! Dont sign his invoice. All sales are final. There is no refund for anything you buy, opened or not. Zero return policy... There must be a law against that. This is definitely getting filed with the BBB. Oh, and heres the kicker: He wanted to buy my $1200 laptop, which he didnt fix, for an offer of $150.00! What a greedy !@#$!@#$@#!!!

I took my laptop in to have the fan replaced and because my camera wasnt working. (There was nothing else wrong with my 1 year old machine - it has always been well cared for and rarely leaves my house.) I was assured that it would by done that day, but it wasnt and no one called me to tell me there would be a delay. When my husband finally picked up my laptop, the keyboard was bent - one of the clips that holds it in place is broken, the frame around the keyboard is cracked, and something isnt lined up correctly on the bottom because the battery wont stay in place. On top of that, my speakers dont work anymore. Dont trust this guy with your laptop. Whatever else he might do well, he obviously doesnt know what hes doing with laptops. He is also obviously extremely dishonest and unethical as he did all this damage and never pointed it out, apologized or offered to fix the damage.
