My family has kept Markus as our computer guy for over 5 years now and have never looked back. Even after we all moved away from northern Virginia, we still call Markus whenever we need help. He makes the whole process so simple by connecting to our computer using his remote support software. Markus just finished working on my computer, a project that took over a day to complete. My computer did not have any anti-virus software, was loaded with spyware and other dangerous programs, and was drastically outdated. I am running a 3/4 year old laptop that has gotten me through 4 years of graduate school and it is running like a brand new computer. I cannot believe how fast it is after Markus did his magic. Markus is wonderful to work and talk with over the phone. He makes the process so easy and care-free. I would strongly recommend using Around Town Computer Services to anyone. We have used him for years and will continue to do so in the future.

I have been using Around Town Computer Services since 2006 and have had tremendous results with their service. On different occasions I have encountered a virus which locked-up my computer and was unable to correct the situation myself and had to rely on their computer service to rectify the situation. In every case the virus was taken care of and eliminated from my computer. Recently I purchased a new computer with windows 7 and had Around Town Computer Service install all software from my old computer to the new one. I have since had Computer Services upgrade my computer to Windows 10. Both installations were done in record time and have been working greatly ever since. I also contract their service to check and delete unneeded files once a year. Great company to work with!!!

I have been a customer of Around Town Computer for many years because they can be depended upon to always keep my computer running smoothly. I schedule them for once-a-year maintenance to back-up files, install and update software and just basically clean up my computer and remove any nasty viruses that my virus protection didn’t catch. Every time I had an emergency they responded quickly and solved the problem. I really appreciate the remote access capability which saves money over having someone come to the house; also, Around Town was able to get me a refurbished computer for a reasonable price when I needed to replace my old computer.
