Although staff are friendly, they provided misleading or possibly knowingly false information twice. The used IPhone 5 that I was sold had problems from the get go and completely died within a couple of months. They directed me to Apple stating this was the only option for repair/replacement (and I dare say I think they have to know that Apple will not honor any sort of work, repair, implied or written warranty by CPR or any non Apple company). Nor does Apple work on phones that have been worked on by non Apple technicians. Also, despite apparent friendliness, be suspicious of what you are told when you take in a phone for repair/possible sale. My daughters Samsung Galaxy 4 was connecting to the Internet but would not send or receive texts and was intermittent in sending or receiving phone calls. A friendly young man took it to the back, apparently tried several options including resetting the device, then reported nothing could be done to fix it and so I sold it to CPR. On a subsequent visit the phone was spotted as being in the for sale section with other used phones. (It had a distinguishing dot of pink finger nail polish on the back of the case). Whether intentional or not, and it may be young technicians who think they are more knowledgable than they actually are, this company may or may not do right by you. If you know very little about technology, get someone who knows more to go with you and be careful.

Dropped my phone a few days ago and the screen completely cracked. I started calling around to different places and finally called "CPR" to find out how much it would be to fix my iphone 7+. Spoke with Tony and he explained the process along with the prices which were very reasonable. Brought my phone there a couple hours later and when he showed me the replacement screen he was going to install (which was a black screen for my black iphone) I asked him if he had a white replacement screen, which he did. I love having the matte black finish on the back with the white screen on the front! Tony did an amazing job in a very timely matter while offering competitive prices. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to repair their cell phones, tablets, or other devices.

Broke screen on samsung S 4 mini Called store and asked if they had a new screen . Was assured they did (in the background I heard someone ask him if he was sure. He said yes) and it would take half hour to fix. I was at the store in less than half and hour and was told it would be ready before 7 or tomorrow (it was 3pm plus another employ asked him if he was sure they had that screen) I explained what I was told and I was going out of town in the morning. He said they would have it ready tonight. One and a half hour later he calls and said the screen was not the right one. Great going out of town with no cell and to late to try another place

I dropped my phone today (the Wednesday before Thanksgiving) and when I went to the Apple Store they told me that they couldnt fit me in until after Friday at the earliest as a walk in and that I couldnt get an appointment until Tuesday. I remembered CPR because I had gone into the teaching store a couple of doors down and decided to stop by tand at least try. Anthony was working and he was very kind and immediately got to work. I grabbed a bite to eat and by the time I was done, my phone was ready and waiting on me. CPR saved my Thanksgiving and now so can relax and just enjoy being with my family! P.s I also had a screen protector put on!

Theres no question CPR Cell Phone Repair offers prices competitive with all the other repair companies I made contact with in my quest to have service performed on a laptop I own. (Charging port). The difference I found was with customer service. I found them to be very quick, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Though I was in for a specific repair, they also fixed other cosmetic problems I had on the laptop without being asked, and without charge. I would HIGHLY recommend them to to all my family and friends without reservation. Thanks for the great work and impressive service you provided me!

Walked into the shop just checking prices and the staff was more than helpful. Didnt make me feel like a fool for breaking my phone like I have seen at other shops and on top of that it was the first time I received an estimate on repairs and actually paid less than they quoted. Repair time was less than an hour and they wouldnt take payment for the service until I was completely satisfied with the repair. I am not sure what repair shops others have tried in the area but for fast service at a price that is competitive, I would suggest CPR in Glen Allen.

I had dropped my iPhone 6 in a sink full of water this morning and waited 30 mins at my carriers store only to be told they do not do anything for water damage, but suggest I head over to Cell CPR. Best suggestion they could have made! I was waited on as soon as walked in. They were very professional, explained exactly what they were going to do before doing it and disclosed the price (which was very reasonable) upfront. Within 20 minutes I had a working iPhone again. Best experience Ive had dealing with phone issues. Will definitely come back!

HIGHLY recommend this place! Its hard to find places that will even look at anything other than the newest phones on the market, but these guys will fix any phone as long as they can order the part. They replaced my smashed-to-bits screen and did an awesome job. After getting it home, I realized the new screen was a little bit glitchy, and they replaced it again at no charge. Now my phone is as good as new. Friendly, professional, and definitely reasonably priced for the awesome service youll get. These guys rock!

I brought my phone in thinking the charging port was bad. I had used the tooth pick and compressed air hack with no avail. I was told the repair was $65 and it would be just a couple of hours. I came back after some errands and was informed that indeed the port was dirty and that is all that it needed!! 10$!!! They could have easily told me they replaced the port and charged me for it and I would have never known. These people are friendly, honest, fast and get the job done right. Thank you for the GREAT service!!

Spoke to a repair tech on the phone and they told me they could do a repair at $45 for labor after I gave them all the details. When I got there to drop off my parts they told me it would be $75 and that would be a special. They also admitted that they charge different prices for labor if they buy the part vs if you provide it.
