I went in to see why my car was idling low and cutting off.. they claimed it was sludge in the motor and it was causing a false sensor to go off. They told me to "bring it in every 500 miles to get an oil change for the next couple 1000 miles and it will work itself out" this sounded weird but as I drove it, it just got worse so I took the car another shop... Turns out my oil screen broke there was no sludge or back up issue. Rose charged me 375 dollars to basically turn off the light and flush the fluids which did nothing. To top it off the man who worked on my car literally said " the build up is making the engine act STUPID" ... didnt even attempt to give me an actual answer as to what stupid was supposed to mean almost as if he didnt know. This other place is charging me 150 to actually fix the problem.

Lied to my face in addition to telling me two different stories. I went in to replace a lower ball joint and an inspection. They failed my inspection due to what they said were my front brakes and rotors not the weird even though the front had just been replaced for months prior though the rear past and had not been replaced in over a year . They then tried to tell me they did not fail me due to meeting new rotors which were also replace five months prior yet on the sheet they gave me clearly stated rotors so lied to my face and tried to rip me off Im assuming because Im a female

I had a pre-purchase inspection done at Roses and Tom Rose was extremely pleasant to work with. I showed up a bit late but it was no problem at all, they were flexible and also allowed me to examine the car on the lift, which I greatly appreciated (I have a mechanics background but this car was not local to me). On top of it all the price was even less than what I expected. I cant think of a more pleasant shop to deal with!

Have used Roses for years- and they never fail to live up to my standards. The customer service outstanding and we truly feel they provide not only quality work at very competative prices, but they do it with conscience. We have four vehicles, from sport car to pick-up, and they service all equally well.
