Horrible experience everytime I go there, plus when you call to get information on anything they put you on hold for at least 20 minutes and most of the time will hang up on you.... best option would be Ladysmith Auto or go to OReillys if you got the time!!

Went in for a spark plug for mower. Knowledgeable employees are few and far between. The slack jawed woman who assisted me was extremely incompetent. Dont waste your time.... go to Ladysmith Auto Parts instead.
