Let me preface this by saying THESE PEOPLE WILL DO WHATEVER THEY CAN TO SWINDLE YOU TO MAKE MORE MONEY. AVOID AT ALL COST. Went to these guys because I had a coupon, didnt want to drive all the way to my old place as I just moved. First time around they didnt pass me for inspection because of my marker lights and the rear door light, followed by two tires that were bare. The guy on the phone obviously wanted me to pay them to replace everything so they could make a quick buck, so much in fact that the guy on the phone LIED and said that I cannot take a car out on a rejected sticker, or Id risk getting pulled over and ticketed(which is not true as long as it is fixed within 15 days) Fast forward to today, where I had replaced each light and changed out the two new tires, and I get a call peppering me with questions about my lights and tires. I answered everything honestly, and he told me that a break light was out, something that had previously been cleared. I honestly was so fed up with this terrible service that I agreed to do a 20 light bulb change to my break light. BIG MISTAKE, when I arrived they told me that the bulb was just "unplugged" and that they were still going to charge me for labor. 20$ for them to plug in something that Im convinced was plugged in in the first place. If you see a discount or coupon for these guys, theres a reason. Its because they will do whatever they can to bring you into getting an inspection and will than find whatever way they can to make up for the price. Once again, AVOID AT ALL COST And regarding the comment below, youre store manager is trying to save his own skin, he told me "Nah man, you cant take that thing out with a rejection sticker.". In terms of the giving approval of the brake light repair, I knew something was sketchy because that wasnt even an issue the first time I got inspected. But I know you all wanted to make some more money off me, and I was too tired to keep coming back to you guys. So no, Im not going to contact you on your email, Id rather just accept my loss, go somewhere else, and tell every person I know due for an inspection to avoid you and your "store manager", because this location is only concerned with milking every customer for everything they got.

I only wish there were more stars to give! Im sitting in the shop right now, using their free wi-fi watching Jason and Eric bending over backward to take care of their customers, who they repeatedly recognize and call by name (read lots of repeat customers) and often greet with a warm handshake. I couldnt help overhearing (because I was eavesdropping as hard as I could) how they look for creative solutions to bring down the costs and accomodate needs. They cover the little bases - like recommending a good place to get lunch, having menues for many eat-spots in the area and even placed the order for me. Theyve got a TV and free coffee and tea in the back. I see a great team spirit here mixed with a high degree of professionalism. They treat every customer with great respect. Im not the only one who drives quite a distance rather than go for the closer shops. I got to know Enrique who works in the back and was impressed with his humor and humility when I complimented him about all the certificates hed racked up. He radiates warmth and a can-do-guy attitude. Eric is the manager, but doesnt make a big deal out of it. Hes got his sleves rolled up and works just as hard as everyone else. And although this is a place of trust already, it ramped up several more notches when I found out that Jason is not only an Eagle, but an Explorer Scout who met every requirement (except volunteer as a fire fighter - time constraints). I look forward to getting to know the others who work here - though hopefully, not because of my "Jezebel" cars need for attention. Fair prices. Great integrity. Awesome service. Just go!

This was my second trip as I buy my tires on-line and have them shipped to PT, my first experience 4 years ago was fantastic barring the fact that they couldn’t do the alignment as I have Adaptive Cruise Control and I had to go to the Dealer. This trip was completely different, they were packed and overbooked. John (he seemed to be temporally at this store) was doing his best to keep up but to no avail. I needed the tires mounted, balanced and a VA Inspections/Emissions. I was told they COULD do the alignment this time. After several hours I was told my outer tie rod was worn and wouldn’t pass inspection, I guess this can happen as my car has 57,000 miles on it so I told then go ahead and replace it. They did and I was told my steering wheel would be off since they started the alignment and the machine stopped working. No biggie as I was planning on them not being able to do it anyway. The absolute WORST Part of this experience was the Grease EVERYWHERE on my Beige Leather Interior, Floor mats, both sill plates, headliner on both sides, glove box, sun shades, sunglasses holder, A-pillars. It was like they were intentionally trying to mess up my car. I am meticulous and my car is always spotless inside and out. I was told to have it detailed and they would reimburse me, nice but it doesn’t make up for the extra time and effort. I will never use them again.

I recently moved from Blacksburg and my state inspection was over due. I took it to them and they quickly got my car looked at. After they finished they motioned for me to come out on the floor and look over my car. Turns out all the salted roads in Blacksburg lead to a lot of rusting to my exhaust! The mechanic could put his pinky into the hole that had rusted out! They also physically showed me the other problems instead of just giving me a piece of paper and expecting me to take their word for it like other places I have been. They didnt do any unnecessary work and gave me an expected cost to go over and decide on my own time. When I got everything sorted I called and they got me in right away the next day. They got everything done and the manager there did everything he could to make sure I was getting a decent price! After looking up the normal cost for all the work I had done I found I got an amazing price, and they did it all quickly, professionally, and with a smile. I will absolutely be bringing my car back whenever it needs work!

They are cheaters. They published coupon on their webpage offering $18.90 for oil change and filter. The fine print says tax and shop supply are extras, so I expected to pay couple extra dollars. But when it came to bill they billed me for almost $31. When I started asking question they started to mention various extra charges. I never heard about extra charges bumping the bill by extra 50% !!! When I asked why they didn’t mention those charges before the service started, the manager suddenly turned to be harsh and said he’s not supposed to mention any cost before the service offered and literally shut me up. He said I should be reading fine print, but the only thing fine print says “restriction may apply”. I believe those restrictions if any should be mentioned before the service and not after. And I forgot to mention, my car just a regular sedan, not a luxury vehicle like Ferrari, Lamborghini etc. Stay away from those thieves. No way will I go this place anymore.
