Rip off. I have gone there 3 times and they try to upsell you to the point where they make you feel ashamed not to get the extra services. I have done some extras in the past but they ask to top off your antifreeze/coolant. This is different then "topping off" your fluids. They do not say that this is a $5 charge banking that you wont notice at checkout. At check out they quickly go past the screen with the charges. I have caught them twice trying to do this. They quickly apologize and take it off of the bill. After check out they say that you can come by and top off the fluids anytime for free. How many people are they screwing over like this on a daily basis? They tried to screw me 2 out of 3 times that I was there. They also broke off the bolts holding on my air filter. I have one screw left because of them and it is half screwed in. I wont go back to these people. Employees working today(PR1, GAB2687, JLC2687, KAR2687)

Ive been going to this Jiffy Lube location for years, but... WOW! With the renovations and additional check-in stations and staffing, the experience was both quicker and more comfortable than ever - I was in and out in well under 20 minutes. And, although I never had problems with the staff before, the levels of professionalism and service quality have been bumped up 100%! Angie-Anna (who cashed me out), was absolutely unbelievable - positive attitude, courtesy and knowledge are so important to a great service experience and customer loyalty (Ive never written a review before, so it clearly made an impression on me!).

As a single father going to get my oil change after a long day at work with my hungry and tired son is nothing more than a hassle. The team at the Ashburn jiffy lube changed my outlook on that completely. I was able to sit back and relax while the manager completely took over daddy duties for me. I actually captured a great picture of him and my son out in the bay looking at all the cars. I have never written a review for anything but this jiffy lube and its team deserve it. Thank you again for being so good to us.

Doug and his staff were extremely friendly, knowledgable, and efficient! I arrived with a laundry list of questions and problems about oil leaks, tire pressure, tire life span, windshield wiper fluid nossel clog, etc. Doug walked me through each of the issues, thoroughly explaining each problem and corrective actions taken. In and out in 15min. Highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location!!!

Oil change, tire rotation, new air filter. Tech wasnt pushy. Work was completed quickly. Prices are a bit high. Porter - the woman handling transactions at the front is an absolute rockstar. I watched her handle five or so customers while I sat there. She was knowledgeable, able to work through issues with a customers card without being flustered, pleasant, and efficient.

Great customer service. I have been super impressed with Leo. I maintain my cars which includes all services including oil changes. My oil drain plug got rounded off due to a bad socket and it would not come out. Called Jiffy Lube and Leo asked me to come over and used a bolt extractor to take it out in 5 minutes. Great customer service, highly recommend.

I have always gone to this Jiffy Lube..They have always been courteous and informative. I went back 3 weeks ago when it was storming. A gentleman came out with an umbrella to make sure I would not get wet. They are an amazing group and understand cis timer service and give beyond what you would expect l. I highly recommend this fine establishment!

Although pricey, look for online coupon deals from their website. The staff here is very friendly. They also repaired a decent chip in my windshield, wick I didnt even realize you could do. Was planning on replacing the windshield but they saved me money with a repair that was 1/3 of the cost.

I was there today for a check-up on the fluids. The staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. And, they checked my brakes and made me an offer on the spot with a 10% discount. Next time I will do my oil change at this store.

They are straight shooters and do only what is necessary for a reasonable price. They let you know anything that they see as a potential problem and tell you how quickly you should have it taken care of. Very fast.

I just drove in on a Thursday afternoon, and was told my oil change would be 15 minutes, which was about right. They have a computerized system that reload you what your car needs, and when it needs it.

The service was fast and friendly. They even washed my windows and vacuumed my floor. They told me that all Jiffy Lubes do that, but, that hasnt been my experience other places.
