I took my car in for oil change. Which the Customer Service is ok. Telling me that my air filter needed change. I had only put 4k miles on my new car and never driven it on harsh conditions i knew it was new as had practically checked it previously. Well Upon the next time i service my car I find that my car had 2 missing screws on plastic cover on the bottom of the engine. (some kind of undercarriage protector) so the plastic cover had warped, and where they did manage to put back their screw it I checked the cover had 2 types of screw, one small and one slighly bigger they were forced in wrong places .I know they used a wrong tool also since they were semi striped. First thing i see that oil had leaked badly all over the drip pan from the oil filter and had a oil drop visible. Well that was not it. I found out that the oil filter was not hand tight whatsoever it looked it was ready to fall off same went for oil screw it only took 3 turns for it to fall off . IT really bothered me since engine wuold of practically died if the screw fell off. Its shame that they didnt even bother to hand tighten either of them. I paid for their premium service synthetic oil. Makes me wonder if they even properly drained it correctly since it had so many particles in the oil or maybe it just the cheap milgaurd oil filter. Military Stay away use Walmart dealer or something else whos technicians actually are capable of changing oil. So to recap they lost 2 screws which led to warped/cracked plastic undercarriage on my car. Due to Oil filter being so loose; it dripped oil. And oil screw only took 3 turns to fall off indicating that car would was really close to of had substantial oil to almost kill the engine. Bottom line check your screw that drains the oil and filter to see if they are even screwed on right if you decide to risk them.

Irresponsible. A few year back they just plugged my personal vehicle AC condensate drain line by a screw (maybe to stop the water from dripping while they were working). This caused an overflowing to my vehicle carpet (passenger side) for several months until the summer when we used AC a lot more and it flowed to the driver side. We had to spend time and money to bring the vehicle to the mechanic and right there in front of us our mechanic pulled out the screw and water running out like a faucet. Today, I brought my company truck back to have the tires changed per their recommendation on my last oil change. Even though I didnt believe that My vehicle tires need to change out yet but because of my schedule and my thinking of "better safe than sorry" I let them do it. I mentioned to the technician when I first came in that I wanted my old tires. He gave me in unhappy look and confirmed my question but say nothing back. An hour gone by. They brought my vehicle back. When I get in, I found a low tire pressure alarm indication showing in the panel and found no tire in the back. When in and talk to the very same person. Vehicle was taking away and came back after ten minutes. Signal gone but still no used tire in the back of my vehicle as it supposed to. Why? Do those half used tires could bring them some $$ ? I just want to make a tire swing for my kids and put the rest around the trees in my garden, but I am too tired to even comeback and ask one more time. Make a judgement for yourself based on the given facts. I wouldnt come back again

I didnt want semi-synthetic oil for $50+ and thats what they gave me without asking, saying thats what was used last time. Well that last time I sent a new employee to get an oil change on a company car and the poor bloke wasnt able to refute their advances. I never wanted any kind of synthetic oil. They are trained to upsell, but I didnt know they were trained to slip expensive oil into a customers car without their permission. When the employee came back this time to tell me of the tale, I immediately called this Jiffy Lube to see why they would do this and they said all they could do was give me a coupon on my next one. When I let them know that an oil change should never cost more than $20 I was told their cheapest option was $40. Seriously? Terrible job vacuuming out the vehicle as well. I had a coupon I got in the mail! $8 off, but theyll way overcharge you. Absolutely ridiculous. I should have listened to my dad all those years ago when he told me to never go to a Jiffy Lube...

I went into the Frederick Jiffy Lube on Thursday November 12, 2009. I had a headlight changed. The customer service is always nice because I know just about everybody who works there. But this one time, I had almost $300 stolen out of my purse, and yes I raised hell. Also, this location (like most others) is mainly drug attics that are employeed there. You cant trust a drug attic. I know that they have a sign that says theyre not responsible for any lost or stolen items, but there should not be this problem anywhere. And of course since the sign is clearly posted, there is nothing the store can do about it for me. If I were you, I would NOT get any service done at this specific location. I would HIGHLY recomment The Lube Center which is located right next to the Chevron by the Frederick Towne Mall.

I am so impressed with their service! I pulled up at 8:00 am desperate for an oil change that i waited to long to get. I was done at 8:15 and on the road. I wouldnt have even had enough time to walk 2 doors down to Dunkin to get coffee. The good news was that they had coffee on hand in the very clean and comfortable waiting area! Their customer service was impeccable and I felt welcomed from the first moment I opened my car door. No pushy sales, just let me know my options. Very easy to work with, i highly recommend them.

Their team overall isnt concerned about the overall health of your vehicle. In my minivan they put 7.5 qts when 6qts is max safe. On the paperwork only said it was one half over...BS...DIDNT EVEN GIVE ME A COMP. Tried to tell me it wasnt bad for the motor I havent been dealing with motor mechanisms since yesterday and I bet they thought because Im in a wheelchair they could, NOT GONNA HAPPEN JIFFY! BTW, been 5 days, still waiting for Bob the regions manager to call me back too Pictures proves it ...call me tag is below

Damien answered phone, great customer service. Answered my question honestly and quickly. Very friendly. Kudos to Damien. VERY fast pace. If you dont like that: this is not place for you. Is a small waiting room with bathroom coffee TV magazines wifi. Not a warm fuzzy place but adequate. Have done the wait with 3 young kids and was alright (poopy diaper and all)thx to wifi. Service was fast, Im not a car person so i cant comment on quality of my 5000 mile service.
