I took my fairly new vehicle to this place and the manager on duty of all people did my radiator flush. 3 days went by and my vehicle is now stuck on the side of the road with smoke coming from the hood. After a while I was able to get the car to this shop and this same manager tries to give me a bull $#!+ chat about they can not prevent this from happening. He also stated it was out of the mechanics hands to know.... HE WAS THE MECHANIC! This place is a scam and the radiator flush includes vacuuming out the fluid and trying to refill it. For $100 thats not worth it and not only that but the slogan "Preventative maintenance made easy" is a juat humorous. I looked up how a radiator flush should be done and multiple sites say to drain and flush while both ports open. Then refill and pressure lock. This place and all Jiffy lubes should shut down for client robbery. I will never recommend Jiffy lube to anyone.

I used to take both of my vehicles for oil change to the Jiffy Lube in Gainesville, the mechanic suggested to change the transmission fluid on my Mercedes, I did not take their advise, 1 day later the transmission for that vehicle was completely stopped. They are trying to get you in there for 19.99 oil change or any other special, but they will come up with some other pricey services, and if you do not accept their services, God knows what can happen to your vehicle. DONT GO THERE

They did not reset the lamp on my dashboard to indicate that the oil change was actually conducted. In addition got my wifes car back and after pulling out of the bay the car steering column coincidentally makes grinding sounds. Her car also smells like it is going to catch fire now and appears to want to stall out. Go to the dealership! The price is actually cheaper at the dealership anyways.

Seriously! This location serviced 3 cars that arrived after me because I happen to choose the wrong bay. The explanation I got was "it is like a grocery store". Seriously now! These guys need to work on their organization of customers. It should be first come, first serve...not luck of the draw! Never again...Jiffy Lube lost my business!

Took my own oil, asked if they could do the oil change for me. They did the oil change, and did not fill my vechile to the proper oil requirements for my vechile, my engine was making crazy grinding noises that it has never made before. Had to go buy new oil and redo the oil change at another shop. Do not oil change here.

Went in for a simple out change. They broke my door handle, replaced it only to have it open my door 1 time. Went to my mechanic to find that the latch and actuator were broken. I will never go again. I very dissapointed.

I just came there for oil change and it cost $100 . They told me that was synthetic oil. but when I searched onlline to compare with other store. The oil with highest price just $75. I will not come back there.

We have been taking our car here for standard oil changes for years now. Service is always good and you can get a free cup of coffee while you wait. Expect longer lines on weekends and around holidays.

This location is ok for convenience. But if you are in the bull run area, I recommend going to that location. Its less crowded
