We went to look at a car on the lot Saturday. I have purchased three cars from Buchanans since the 90s. My in-laws just recently purchased a truck from this lot. (BTW their experience was different) My husband and I felt like we were treated like common criminals. I have never had this type of treatment before ANYWHERE...especially from a car dealership..and ESPECIALLY if I had purchased THREE cars from them. The feeling we got was that the Chevrolet dealership acted like we were going to steal the car..said it was the OWNERS company policy to drive us half a mile away from the lot, then to switch drivers..REALLY?....funny that the other OWNERS lots dont seem to follow this company rule...guess you really dont want to sell us a car or two..but I am sure there are MANY others who will!

We are fairly new to the Wanesboro area, and one of the most trying things when you move is to find an auto service that you can trust. I was having problems with my transmission and, since it was a Chevy, I decided to take it to Buchannon. This was the best choice I could have made. Everything was covered under warranty and the service was exceptional! The last visit I was intending to wait for the vehicle with my 4 year old daughter. I was told that it was going to be awhile. They offered to take me home and pick me up when the repair was finished. This is going above and beyond. I want to thank everyone at your "customer service" oriented dealership. I will be back. I highly recommend!

Granted the staff was polite and eager during my 12 hour visit while purchasing my vehicle, once i traded in and my loan was paid in full i had to request for the refund of my gap insurance. Giving them all information requested they eventually sent me a check written out to the bank my loan was from. After proven my loan was paid in full they refused to correct the situation by issuing me a check i could actually cash/deposit i got ignored. So they are great when buying a car from them but once the tables turn they are far from helpful

Such a wonderful and hassle free car buying experience! It felt as though I was a buying a car from a friend and not just a guy in a suit. Gary Bourne is an EXCELLENT employee and such a great person! He went well above and beyond and answered every question we had! Would recommend him to anyone looking to buying a car!

I was in search of a new vehicle and have always been a Buick person. I had a referral from a close friend who was to receive a $100 Bonus if I purchased here. I waited 20 minutes while salespeople looked at me, but never introduced themselves or offered assistance. They lost a sale; I left without talking to anyone.

I felt the gentleman I delt with was rude and pushy wasnt really sure what I wanted but he was no help and when we going over car heard them talking about us to other associated and when I said car was high and I saw one cheaper he downgrade the other dealerships I will never go there again !!!!

My salesman left, but he was great. One of the service guys is the best one Ive encountered so far. Other than that look very carefully about what youre buying here if you chose to. Also do your research and get a carfax some yourself first.
