I will go out of my way to go to this store. Keith the manager makes sure his staff is as knowledgeable as possible. The service is great......They consistently go out of their way to get you any information you may need. Even if they dont have the parts they will help you find where you can go, even though they dont have too. I have called and stopped by with many different odd and difficult questions, Kieth and his staff have the personal experience and knowledge to answer most. If they dont know it they will take the time to figure it out. Whenever I have inexperienced people that need parts or information, I send them to this store knowing the staff will make sure they get the right parts/products, and answer any questions they may have. Ive been to many stores (even in the same chain) where the staff either blow you off, have no clue on any of the parts/products in the store or even the most basic mechanical knowledge, or even worse are the ones that act like they do and try to sell the wrong parts/products along with misinformation. Knowing this I really appreciate how Keith manages his store!

Holy God. Me and this dude Ryan that works at AAP installed a car battery on my wifes 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport in like 10 freaking degree weather like bosses in the parking lot on a Friday night. Was this guy an expert? No. Was this guy the effing man? Yes. We figured out how to take apart multiple assemblies to get to the battery and adjust the housing for a bigger battery. Then we put it all back together with out breaking one freaking thing. I wish nothing but the best for this guy as he basically made my life as a human being. Thank you Ryan.

The guys at [this] Advance Auto store are AWESOME. They have always gone out of their way to help me, and in some circumstances, saved me from myself (buying domestic/standard brake line when I needed metric). With four cars and a motorcycle, Im in this store at least a few times a month, its sad to say that they probably recognize me when I walk in, but they are always helpful and always offer helpful suggestions and often cheaper alternatives to solutions I came up with. I will never shop at any other parts store again.

This is a great shop! They are always readily available to answer questions. This past week, I ended up with a few slight scratches on my car and the employee went above and beyond to immediately provide advice and select the right products for repair. This was an instant relief because he taught me how to do the repairs right at home without needing to spend a fortune. THANK YOU!

I would travel from anywhere in the Rochester area to get parts from this store. Ive never had a parts store be so helpful. Theyll get you the parts you need right away. Theyve got the experience and willingness to *help* you in ways that are well beyond their job. When I leave the area, Ill miss this business. They are truly the best.

I have consistently had positive experiences at this store, but today the staff went above and beyond the call of duty. I had a part that I could not get to go into place on my 10 year old vehicle. The staff person came outside and helped me replace the part. I really appreciate his helpful attitude and solid skills.

The service here is great, and the staff is as knowledgeable as many mechanics, and always very friendly. They always send me home with the right part, and make sure that Ill have the tools I need for the job. And if I dont, rental is free. Prices are good and there are frequent deals on oil/filter packages.

GREAT STORE!!! The manager Keith is intelligent, knowledgeable, and a truly good man. The sore is keep in great shape and all the employees are very helpful and involved with the customers. I have gone here for over 10 years because the go out of their way to help you.

I rated four stars for the fact that parts are always out of stock but I guess you can say the early bird gets the worm on that problem as for the staff they are wonderful to name a few, Don,jerry,ted,David they are all very great people and know there stuff.
