Have taken both my vehicles there for many years. Regardless of regularly scheduled maintainance or "pop-up" problems, it is always easy to get an appointment. Results are timely and professional. Even the major problems on a 10-year old van do not cost an arm or a leg. The staff is always friendly and helpful and they do not "find any existing" problems that will run the tab up. Even when a major item is found, I always get a call first before any work is performed. I trust them, they do quality work, and more importantly, my wife feels comfortable and safe after any work has been done there. I would and have recommended Progressive Auto to anyone that asks where they can get good work done at a quality facility. Keep up the good work.

Progressive Automotive is awesome! They figured out what was wrong -air compressor. They started to fix it but stopped when I found a place that would honor my warranty since I had just replaced it last year. They put my car back together told me to go straight to the other store that would fix it for free. I expected to be charged for a diagnostic and some labor since they had taken it apart and then back together Instead he gave me back my 20%off coupon and said he had a better coupon for no charge! If anyone needs any car work go there! And ladies the waiting area has a good selection of magazines that arent all about cars. Its clean and comfortable (even the bathroom is clean!)

We take all three of our cars into Progressive for most of our service requirements. Theyre friendly, accommodating and always fair. Just one example: We recently took our Hyundai in because our tire pressure light came on and in the process of trying to fill it ourselves, ended up making one of the tires even flatter. They could have charged us and told us it was a leak, stem, etc. Instead, after taking time to make sure no problems and properly inflating all tires, they explained it was probably gas station pump & gave us no charge. We really like these guys!

Fantastic experience! I had taken my vehicle in for a state inspection to another service station in the area and waited for over 2 hours for them to complete the job - only they forgot to do both inspections. A friend recommended that I call Progressive and I was not disappointed! I was given an "appointment" time to bring the vehicle in and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! Incredibly friendly staff and efficient service! Progressive will be the one and only place I go for service from now on!

I consistently have excellent service from Progressive Automotive. One of the things I value the most, is I trust them... if a repair is needed... they let you know... if it can wait... If I should get rid of a car and stop pouring money into it... they let you know... if they are closing early to due to road conditions... they let you know. Always friendly and prompt on the phone... Thanks... recommend them highly to anyone... my boss.. by 90 year old mother... everyone..

Always the best! When you drive older cars that need work, it is so comforting to know that our friends at Progressive have our back sort of speak. We never worry that we are going to be stuck with repairs that are not needed and if they see anything that will need work in the future, they always give us a heads up so we can plan. We have been going to Progressive Automotive for years. We will not take our cars anywhere else. Billy, Marcy and staff go above and beyond outstanding service. They are up front about car issues and costs from the beginning. The Mechanics and Technicians work is great. Never any issues afterword. if there is, they will fix it. They can be an "Emergency Room" for Cars and Trucks, etc. Highly recommended!!

When I took my car in, the lady told me the man doing the emissions inspection would be going on his lunch hour in a few minutes and she wasnt sure if he had time to do it before then. But it turns out he put his lunch hour off a few minutes just to help me and another customer! I loved the service I got. Extremely fast and very friendly!

This is the first garage I have done business with that I trust implicitly. Thus I can send my wife with the car knowing I will not be ripped off. There have been numerous occasions in which Billy has recommended work not be done. And I have heard him give other customers similar advice. Why would anyone go anywhere else?

Diagnosed problem with car incorrectly twice before figuring out what was wrong and by then the problem would cost $900 to fix. If it was diagnosed correctly the first time it would only cost $90. I will not return and cannot recommend these guys again.
