Told my girlfriend he needed to special order a part that was $300 before even ordering (more because they had to order it) and that it would take about 3 days to arrive (apparently they dont overnight parts) it and that it would be an expensive fix in terms of labor. When we decided we wanted a second opinion (we sort of knew what the problem was as shes had this problem with her car before) on the way out the guy behind the counter decides to make a snide comment "good luck finding that part cheaper anyplace else!" Not even under his breath, but loud enough for us to hear, like it was directed at us. Super unprofessional. We took the car to the Toyota dealership down the road and they said the problem wasnt even remotely close to what the guys here thought it was, changed out one of the coils (they had to order a coil, overnighted it and it arrived the following morning), my gf knew that was the problem because she had the same problem in the past and charged her $200 for parts AND LABOR. She got her car fixed in less time and for less money from a big dealership (we assumed it would be even more costly there). I think this shop assumed that my gf wouldnt say anything because she was a girl and wanted to charge her as much as possible. Stay away!

I took my car in for a regular oil change on 8-19-14 at you Henrietta location only to have my car leaking oil 2 days later. I contacted the store manager he had me bring the car back out there only to tell me that it was nothing they could do for me because it was not their fault. Now I just don’t understand this my car was not leaking oil now all of a sudden after a regular oil change it is pouring out! I went back and forth with the store manager until finally I asked for the corporate number. I speak with the operations manager Dan Getter only to find he is rude and never intended to listen to what I had to say he automatically took the side of the store manager. He offered me a refund and when I asked how do I obtain it he told me to go get another oil change now that seemed odd to being that the oil was just change so I asked why would I do that he replied so you can be someone else’s problem! Wow taken back is an understatement. Just looking to rectify this issue.

This place does a fine job. Good prices and always got my oil changed here. They also did some other work on my car. My only issue is that when I bring my car for an oil change theyll just do it no matter what. With my previous mechanic, he would tell me that my oil was fine and could last a few weeks or so longer and to come back for the oil change later so I could save some money. So dont blindly trust this place but theyre usually pretty fair. They get the job done and have been reliable for me.

We have had nothing but positive experiences with these guys. Tires are a great price, the mechanics are honest, the work is quality and all oil changes include a tire rotation. We even had a situation due to a honest human error on the part of one of their techs after a routine oil change. Not only did Kost correct the mistake, but they gave us a entire engine tune up for free. They went WAY above and beyond, and I could not be more pleased or loyal.

I stopped by one minute before closing with a badly leaking tire. These guys got me back on the road with a new tire in about 50 minutes. This made me quite happy, I was still hours from home and really did not want to drive home on the tiny spare tire. Thanks for the help guys.

Took my car in to get the tires ballanced, a simple task. Not only did I witness the tech put my lugnuts back on with an impact and a socket, they put the directional tires back on the wrong side. Go somewhere else!!!

I was in serious need for someone to put a tire back in a bead for me and they let me walk right in and did it immediately for free. Im very grateful for the awesome service. You guys are the best!
