Took my pregnant daughters car to get oil change and state inspection. They failed her car for multiple reasons and quoted almost $5000.00 for repairs. I declined them to do the repairs and had a friend mechnic do what they said needed done for less than $800.00! Mind you this is a 2001 buick for gods sake, not even worth that kind of money. I made an appointment for a front end alignment (which they said it needed), and for them to re inspect. They told us it would be an hour or so when we got there...what is the point of having an appointment, if you cant get your car in at the time you booked? When we returned, they still hadnt done anything to the Car! I was furious at this point. 2 hours later they were done. Wait..it gets worse...one week later the car started to shake really bad. Finally my daughter stopped at another auto place because it got really bad and she wanted it checked. The front left lug nuts were LOOSE! Now since they had to have removed the tires on front to inspect the brakes that we ha d to replace, I know it was them that failed to tighten them! Now the front end alignment was off and they denied having anything to do with lug nuts and it took 2 different trips and me being very demanding before they would look at It! I had to curse and make a sceen with the shop full of customers before they would check it out. They preceeded to tell me that the alignment was fine and that the rear back tires needed to be replaced and one rim...WHAT?! They just passed this car 3 weeks ago. We took the car to get tires at another shop and they said the rear tires were in better shape than the front! OMG. I ended up getting her 4 new tires and a front end alignment. Wish me luck on getting my money back on those repairs. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE..EVER

I went to Meineke to have a set of wheels installed on my vehicle. The wheels were quite old so they ran into some issues while attempting to install them. I have to say I am very impressed with how well they were able to overcome all the obstacles and eventually get everything squared away. My wheels are installed and I’m a very satisfied customer. They are willing to take the extra step to make sure things are done correctly and that you are completely satisfied. I highly recommend utilizing this location for your automotive needs.

Went to get my car inspected and got it failed for some minor fixes that came with a MAJOR price tag. Quoted me $108 to replace the turn signal lights because the paint on them was flaking. Over a hundred bucks for a task that takes maybe a minute, requires no more than three working fingers, and involves a part thats under $10. Insulting.

Kolache House Bakery at Cosners Corner is a wonderful shop with lots of delicious and freshly baked goodies! My daughter and I went for breakfast and enjoyed our coffee and Kolache. Nice folks and very clean shop.
