If youre looking for an honest garage, this is where you should go. Todd explains EVERYTHING to you, and they are incredibly honest. I had an issue with my emissions (for NYS inspection), and he did every test and assured me that there was not a problem with the emissions system and Id have to go to the dealer so they could update the software. He could have charged me for pieces I didnt need (like the dealer ended up doing!), but he didnt. After the dealer charged me $450 for something I didnt need, I talked to Todd at Shamrock again. He walked me through exactly what the issue was, why the dealer was wrong, printed out information that showed the dealer was wrong, and helped me understand the emissions system. I went back to the dealer - armed with info from Todd - and got my money back. There is NO WAY I would ever go to anyone other than Shamrock. Stand up employees, great service, fair prices and phenomenal customer service.

After working for the McIntee family for 11.5years, I can say that they are the most honest, fair people in the automotive repair business. They look out for their customers interests at every turn. Your car and relationship is more important than profit. You will always be well taken care of at Shamrock. I will miss working with Bill Sr., Christine, Bill Jr, Afrim, Jeff and Russ. All top quality, hard working, honest people. But what I will miss the most, is the great customers(who turned into friends), that I had the pleasure of serving everyday. My experience with Shamrock has never been anything but the best. Both my car, and my girlfriends car are serviced there, and Ive recommended several friends there as well over the years. Bill, Todd, and everyone else have never been anything but professional and thorough. Theyre direct, they dont monkey around with "maybe" and "well see" like other places; one might say they are almost "honest to a fault". Seriously, I dont know whats up with that other review. Ive recommended Shamrock for years, and Ill do it again.

These guys are the best. Since my first visit, Ive never thought of taking my truck or my wifes Explorer anyplace else. As the owner, Bill runs a tight ship and keeps everything on track. The front-man Todd makes it seem like your best friend is fixing your car in your own garage. They always bend over backwards to keep me informed and to work within my schedule; within reason of course. I couldnt recommend them any higher. If there were 6 stars available to rate them I would.

I no longer will go to this service center. They never fixed a problem with my car. They said they did, I drove off and a couple miles later the light came back on. I was more upset though that they charged me for something saying I authorized it, when I have a recorded phone conversation of me saying dont do these things. Then they turned around and say oh wait we never did this one thing, but charged me for it. Got a refund. Shady business though.

This is the only place I take my car(s). They know what they are doing and are friendly and nice while doing it, reliable and I never have to wonder if what they say needs to be done needs to actually be done. I have had friends drive 40 miles to have their car serviced here, after they saw the service and quality I received. Stand-up guys.

They never try to fix the problem, they replace a part with an over price replacement., I payed over $1500 for brakes only to be to find out I need new brakes six month later. That not service. Every time you bring in the car it will need ball joints or a tie rod..

Very disappointing. They dont even know how to do a oil change. Oil pan bolt so tight I stripped it getting off, oil filter so loose had been leaking oil for who knows how long.
