Ive had them do work in the past and the mechanics are fantastic, they know their stuff. The owner however, is almost scary. Got up with him at the request of his mechanic to let him know I was taking my car elsewhere for a second opinion regarding a part they had installed, not the service he provided, and the guy spent 30 minutes on the phone absolutely blessing me out and saying that I was insulting him for doing so. I was honestly just appalled at his reaction. The thing is, I wasnt disputing the quality of the work they did, I was actually quite happy with it. I wasnt trying to get them to redo it or do anything for me for free, I only called him because his mechanic asked me to. Unfortunately, Ill now avoid this place like the plague due to how he treat me, despite how good the guys in the back are.

I bought an 07 BMW 328 about a year and a half ago knowing that maintenance cost would be a bit higher than a traditional American car but I wanted it. I recently had the ABS/Module and pump go bad and had it rebuilt and had Ken Bakers do the work. Theyve done some other maintenance in the past on my car as well. I just want anyone who reads this to let the know that in Dave, the Front Desk Service Manager, they have an invaluable person in him. Hes one of the most pleasant people to interact with that is not just a service writer but knows what hes talking about. Anytime Ive had problems hes always kind and courteous. Ill bring my car back to KB as they keep making me happy. To the powers that be at KB. Keep hold of Dave. Hes representing you well. My repair name is under Kevin G.

work was good until I had to deal with owner. Had work done and there was a problem. Went back to get it fixed and owner was arrogant, I felt was he was not upfront. Insulting etc. Took car to dealer as this guy refused to fix problem (they installed a part incorrectly according to dealer, and when dealer re- installed the car was fine- dealer charged minimal amount to fix it. Owner lost a customer because of his attitude and the fact that he did not stand byhis work. I find this to be surprising and a real issue to be cautious about if someone insults you when you ask them to stand by their work I will never go back. Advise anyone considering this place to be very very very carefull

After calling over a dozen other repair shops who all said they were too busy to help me, Ken Baker graciously told to come in and he would take care of my situation! He also found a used part saving me about a hundred dollars which was very much appreciated! With a 95 Mercedes he understood that getting the car safe to drive was more important than over charging a new customer.

Worst experience in my life. After paying almost $1700, had same warning light come on before I got home! Owner told me that my $1700 paid for one issue this is another issue? Would not stand behind work. Cars are not made like they used too was his answer! BUYER BEWARE. You would better better to burn $100 dollars bills to stay warm in the fireplace than spend money here.

Dont waste your time going there. They will rip you off and cause more problems to your car. For something simple they charged me $2000 had no choice but to pay it and I strongly feel my car vibrates under the hood due to them. The guy at the desk has no teeth in his mouth????? I saw 6 people come in after me bringing their cars back crazy!! Short staffed too

When the dealer recommended me to come here I knew this place must have been special, I mean why would they send me here. My BMW got the care it deserved, i felt welcomed, they kept in contact with me throughout the process, and they even washed my car. Why would anyone go to a dealership when you got a Ken Baker Originals in town.
