I had a screw in my tire and dropped it off here as it was the closest to my work. I asked for them to repair the tire. Five hours later I get a call telling me: * they cant repair the tire as the hole was on the wall of the tire (it wasnt) * it would be $250 for a new tire * they didnt actually have the tire so they would have to keep my vehicle overnight *however, he could have a tire delivered that day for $30 I asked them if they had pulled the screw from the tire. He said no. I told him to leave it in, I was coming to get my vehicle. When I picked it up, they still charged me $28 for a "nail they found in another one of my tires". Yeah, right. I called a friend who said he had a repair kit. We drove to a nearby gas station (where there was an air compressor) and he fixed it 5 minutes. I wonder how many other people theyve tried (and succeeded) in ripping off.

Although they did nothing wrong, when i went in to inspect my car, they failed it for 5 (16 dollars a bulb) bulbs and a break issue (200 dollar repair). When we talked to them about it and mentioned bringing it to our normal mechanic, he said they shouldnt pass it, but strongly implied they probably would (they did pass the car, i just had to replace 1 bulb for half the cost of a bulb at firestone). But not only that, but they said they would be done by 4, but werent until 4:40. I stress that, because i was very clear that i had to be at work by 5, i was almost 20 minutes late.

Took my newly lowered (autocross prepped ~1" lower) Miata for an alignment. They tried to align it but were unable due to the equipment needing more clearance to be able to read properly. Front desk employee was friendly and we had small conversation about cars. The alignment tech knew his stuff but wanted to be honest and let me know they couldnt get it done. They recommended me to a few places in the area that could get the alignment done

this place is very good, , Aberham the store manager really help me out on my tires prices he match it with sears prices and gave me a super discount , had my car ready to go" the first time i seen guys torque wheels!good work guys would diffidently bring it back there...

I feel like every time I take my car in for routine maintenance, I get told that there is some $200-$1000 repair I desperately need. I miss having an honest, reliable, and reasonable mechanic in town.

Polite employees but these guys do not stick to their word and you are more likely to get jerked around than anything done on your vehicle. I would highly suggest taking your business some where else.
