My experience with Tuffy was above and beyond excellent. Im on the road all the time with my job and have little time for personal car care. All three previous places needed appointment dates...Not Tuffy! Mo at Bells Rd.and Jeff Davis Hwy. In Richmond Va is Awsome! Took my info...got the car in in record time..fixed the problem in record time and I was on my Way. I will reccomend this highly professional establishment to everyone. Thanks for being Great. Ive been dealing with this Tuffys for a couple of years now. They do great work! and the owner is nice. This is my go to place when I need something done. This is a place you can trust with your car and know that its in good hands and not have to worry about if they are going to make other problems to keep you coming back or worrying if they are going to beat you in the head with charges. Give them a try and youll like them too.

Very poor service , got a quote for $568 for front shocks , the labor price was 94 dollars when I told them I would go buy my own parts they added an additional 94 for labor for a total of $188 which was not the quote he gave me first. Then after getting home noticed a lug nut was missing from my tire. This is my fourt time here . My debt card was over charged the first time but was reimbursed. NOT THIS SHOP!!!!!!!!!

I went there today for an oil change. They were very courteous and straight forward about the services offered. The service was done quickly and I was even informed about a situation I did not even know about and offered the option to have it taken care of. I appreciated all of this and will return again for future car repairs and services.

I have been going to tuffy for a long time now. They are curtious & professional they answer questions you may have reguarding your vehicle and pricing. I get my state expectuon done their brakes with warranty oil change ect..I highly recommend them and trust they will do a awesome job on my car

They do very good work this was my second time Tuffys this year they go straight to work I know a little about car I do car work but dont have time to do it , so wat they was saying i needed i know they was not trying to get over like sum car shops/ I recommend Tuffy on Jefferson Davis.

Went for inspection and they found rear brakes needing replaced. Great catch, fair market price on parts and labor. Friendly people. I will use them again after the parking lot dries. Would recommend paper floor mats until then.
