Ive read the reviews this shop has gotten in the in the past and I feel they are not at all accurate. Me being in the business for better than 25 years and still a service manager for a company in Maine I have a whole different opinion of this shop. Jason and I talked while the tech worked on my sisters tire (she picked up a screw) . Very personable staff and worked me in without an appointment. I thank you guys for taking care of my sisters car as she didnt need to deal with the problem... she was busy holding the funeral service for her soon to be husband that she planned to marry September 16th of this year. Hows that for a rough day.....? Oh did I mention her daughters wedding was the following day? Thank you for your service and taking care of my family. The tech that worked on the tire needs to learn to drive a standard....My sister is 50 and she just learned on the car he worked on. Shes been driving it for only 2 months. Jason make it happen, hell thank you for it! Keep up the good work. If any of you are in Maine and need service look me up. Rob Jones at VIP. Thanks again!!!!!

A big heartfelt thank to Steve owner released me free of charge along with my chopped 54 Chevy and, Kori the tow driver for bringing it over to Ridgeway Ave Sunoco from LDR Char Pit parking lot last night and Chuck for opening my driver door with window rolled half down because my door handles were shaved. They did a good job fixing my truck, however they broke something else. They expect me to pay extra for it. This has never happened to me before. I really dont appreciate it. The other companies that I had my truck fixed at, they have always been honest and fixed their mistakes. I will never bring my truck back here ever again. Theyre also overpriced and ripping people off.

This was the tow service that AAA chose when getting my car after it broke down. They accepted the work order and then signed off as done without towing the vehicle. I didnt find my car until three days later.

The owner is a scam. Awful mechanics Awful service. Gas is way overpriced. Complete ripoffs. They prey off of the people that dont know any better. I wouldnt send my worst enemy there
