These guys have got to be the only mechanics/business peeps? i can actually go in and not feel embarrassed or uncomfortable by. They greet you kindly, amazing hospitality! I dont like talking to people (shy) but i dont feel nervous to call them when i find something wrong with my car. Recently had an oil change and rotation, few days later heard something was off on my tire. I didnt have to wait hours or days to get an appointment, it was basically a "when do you want to come in?" and that was that. You told him. probably not like that all the time but thats been my luck which is great on a weird schedule! I needed my tire balanced, ok, great! But then i found out all my tires were without weights...i needed to get them all done. I had only planned on the one but its a pretty bad idea to just get one done, im sure. I didnt think i had the funds in my bank so i apologized that i can only get one done and that was no problem but he recommended the others be done. I left and shortly after found out i had enough to get the other 3 balanced and so i called them back up and i said i could be back in a couple minutes and they took my car right on in. I didnt get scolded, i didnt feel ridiculed, it was just great and comfortable =) Its so greatly appreciated the way they are and the little treats they leave you is the funniest and best thing ive seen from any business ever! If i get stressed out about how much ive spent i always end up smiling when i find that little card on my seat!(the prices are WAY better compared to a lot of places who have charged me like 3x Honest-1s prices. If not, it seems worth it!) It may be a small thing but it makes a HUGE impact. Thank you, you guys!! I recommend the hell out of them!

Dont believe the name. 100% satisfaction guaranteed is a lie. Long story short : I replaced my brake booster/ accumulator on my 2002 Toyota Prius and since I opened up the braking system to air I needed to have the air bleed from the system. To bleed the breaks you need a scan tool, I do not have one, so I took the car to Rosner Toyota and they agreed that I needed to bleed my breaks and quoted me $450 to do so. Sorry but thats outrageous. So I called Honest One, they quoted me $192 to bleed the breaks and assured me that they have the means to bleed the breaks properly. Guess what, they could not even bleed the breaks properly; the tech. said he couldnt get a drop of break fluid from the rear breaks. They were happy to inform me that for an extra $90 per hour they could diagnose what was wrong, no guarentees they could find the problem in an hour. So I asked for the instructions they followed, took them home, followed them, and surprise I got brake fluid from the rear breaks. I thought it was only reasonable to ask for half the money back since they did half the job. So I went back and asked for a refund of half the $192 I paid; they would not even give me half my money back. Thank you for not doing your job and then charging me for it. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I came in knowing my issues because I usually do my own mechanic work. Mike Cruz was very professional & understood that I knew exactly what I needed & didnt try to pressure me into repairing any other "hidden" problems. He was very prompt at contacting me with my options & given my car is considered an "exotic", he let me know he was unable to locate certain parts that I need, which I figured but I gave it a shot anyway. Pricing was fair, actually cheaper than I expected labor to be. Im very happy with the prompt service overall -- I dropped my car off at noon & it was ready by 4pm. The only thing I can think of that was a bit off was the fact that my hood wasnt closed all the way, but Im just assuming the tech didnt know how to close it properly so no real complaint because I caught it in time. My car rides smooth & Ill definitely be back again when I dont have time to do work myself. I wish they would let you bring your own parts (my sway bar bushings are an irregular size because its a Saleen) but I understand companies have rules in place for a reason. Id highly recommend these guys. Thanks Mike for making it a quick, fair & easy experience!

I took my 2001 Lexus in for state inspection. They were able to get my car in for inspection right away. Then manager came out and asked me to come back and go over the problems they found. 1. License plate light out 2. Upper and lower motor mounts were cracked. He showed me the engine moving when gas pedaled was pushed and said that should not happen. 3. Power steering line had a wet spot which indicated there was a leak and and needed to be replaced. Total Cost: $1,100.00 I had the car rejected and took it to our regular mechanic, who does not do inspections, and he found no problem with the power steering line and stated that a line cannot be rejected for dampness. A real leak must be found. He also said there was no problem with the lower motor mount. He replaced the right front lower rear control arm bushing, the upper engine mount, and an engine torque mount. Total Cost: $224.63 I then took the car to have it inspected at a different garage and it passes without a problem. Be very careful. This is not the way to do business.

Will never set foot into this location ever again. Came in for a simple oil change. After I told the service person I served in the army and was from out of state. Service person tried to scare me into buying a new oil pan, tried to convince me that a previous technician from another H1 had crossthreaded my drain plug. After I refused the service he called the other H1 to see if that drain plug had been noted. And that I was to be called later on through the week. Drain plug was not noted cause there was no issue as I spoke to the previous H1. So I took my car into PepBoys. I explained the situation that was described to me about the oil pan. An oil change later without any oil pan issue or drain plug issue and I was on my way happy and confident. If u serve in the military and are from another state and want to be RIPPED Off go visit H1 at this location. I didnt serve 10 years and 3 deployments to come home to the USA and put up with this crap. This business at this location are money hungry crooks. Not so Honest!

I arrived at 0810, their was a customer at the counter being helped. I stood in line waiting my time for check in, and yes I was acknowledge by the service attendant,"That he would be help me". 0821 I was officially checked in. My next question was, "May I have a courtesy ride to my apartment". The answer back from the service attendant was, " We dont start that service until 0900 so in about 45 minutes". I thought to myself looking at the walking distance on my phone 1.1 mile, its not that far I could walk back home, so I did, and made good timing. (1326) No call from Honest Auto Care with information about my car, so of course I called. The man answered the phone," Not knowing anything about my car being at the shop, wanting to know was I going to bring it in". At this point I was feeling uneasy about my car, so I looked up on the internet how long it takes for an front line alignment, 25- 45 minutes. MY CAR WAS READY AT 1904 THAT NIGHT! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A MUST IN A PLACE OF BUSINESS!! GOD BLESS
