Tried to rip me off some 1400.00 dollars by telling me a bunch of stuff was wrong with my car, which was complete BS. This was three years ago and 40,000 miles ago. The guy said my car was going to fall apart or something if i didnt fix these parts, although when that would happen could not be determined, he said. I ended up taking it to another place after asking the "manager" to show me this "frayed" part that needed to be replaced. OK. My brother and I looked at it with the "manager." When the manager of the shop starts trying to tell you, "Those arent suppose to look like that," essentially lie to you right to your face, thats a pretty good sign to take your money and run the other way, bc the parts looked fine, with a little bit of wear. Then took it to another shop, and a couple shops after that and asked them if they thought anything was wrong with the car that needed to be replaced. NOTHING. In fact, I asked another mechanic to look at precisely the same parts in question to tell me what he thought. He said, "Theyre a little frayed. Nothing to worry about." Firestone quoted me some 1400 dollars for these fixes, including 4 new tires of course that i didnt need for like six more months. I dont know if these idiots still work here but I would prefer not to find out. Do yourself a favor and mark these buffoons off your list of potential car mechanics. Seriously. Ive never had people fronting as a legitimate operation (im sure they can do some car work - so can I) try to rob me as blatantly as these bungling fools. These people are insane. Or maybe theyre just really hungry.

We are still reaping the effects from what a staff member did to us. We took our car in to have new front tires put on so that it would be set to ship with us to Europe. I called on a Monday and scheduled the appointment on a Friday, mind you. When we showed up for our appointment, the staff member told us that the tires were not in stock. I was perturbed since we had given them a week. He then said that they had some in stock that would fit....this is where the trouble started. Not only did we have to pay over $250 for those new tires, only to put about 500 miles on them and have the German officials tell us that they are the wrong tires and we cannot use them there. Okay, so after spending $500 on tires in Germany, we are back in the US and need new tires again. So we decide to use our "new" tires from Firestone! I was told today that they cannot install them because that is the wrong tire for that car. Basically, we donated over $250 to Firestone for NOTHING! Education here people. Know what the manufacturer recommends for your car and install THAT ONLY! Do not let them talk you into something else!

Went in to get a flat tire fixed. They quoted my $19.95. The tire technician said "there was leaking air at the valve stem, however the damage to the valve stem from a previous repair made it unrepairable" Then they were about to tell me about replacing all my tires with new, because "you have 3 different size tires and should get a new set". I declined the offer for new tires and left. They did not charge me. The story does not end there. Tried to remove tire, couldnt budge it, returning to Firestone at Towncenter to get them to loosen the tire lug bolts, they put the numatic wrench on, made some sounds with it and said "we never took the tire off". REALLY? You inspected the tire and said the valve stem was bad and never took the tire off? Something isnt right. I do not recommend this shop. No thank you Firestone at Towncenter, no thank you.

i took my truck to this shop to do a simple tune up, and when they were working on it they told me that it need new wires because it was miss firing a cylinder so i acept to put new ones. so they call me about an hour later telling me it was ready, so when i went to pick it up i notice the light of check engine it was on, and i told them and they said, that sometimes when you fix something other problems can come up, so i told them i did`t have any light on before, so they said they will check it but they can work on it until next day because they were closing. so i went next day and they told me that they did`t install a fire plug right so they will fix it but they don`t have the right person for the job so i need to wait FOUR days to be ready. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE IT WILL SAVE YOU A LOT OF TROUBLES.

Horrible experience with my Honda Odyssey * Qualis Premium Brake Rotors charged at $113.99 (you get the same from $49 to $70) * Wagner Brake pads charged at $74.99 (your get the same or better for $35). The work is horrible with lots of squeaking and Noise and did multiple trips to get it fixed but became worse. I REPLACED ROTORS with old original rotors by a professional mechanic (He claims 70% of time ROTORS does not need a replacement except some one does lot of BRAKING or STREET RACING) and everything is smooth. I compared/scaled the ROTORS there is no difference in MM calculations, it is a RIPOFF charge on ROTORS. I dont even wish to give 1 STAR, it is given for free brake checkup they did TWICE for my HONDA, may be this free service is to get the customer back for a RIPOFF.

Very Horrible. I dont want to give even one star. I have been a Firestone customer for almost 4 years. I visited this store for doing an oil change and tire rotation, I called in asked for a walk-in. They asked me to come and after going they refused to take me in and scheduled appointment for next day. On the next day also, I arrived 30 min ahead of my appointment. I waited for 2 hours. After waiting such long, the store manager told me that they wont be able to complete all the service today and asked me to come next time to do the tire rotation. He said it will take another 2 hours. I decided to walk out and got back my keys. The store manager offered me next oil change for free. But I refused and walked out. Very worst. They dont know to manage schedules.

I had gone to a few different auto care stores in the area but received a coupon for one at Firestone. I looked up this particular one and read a few mixed reviews. I though Id give it a shot but I really should have taken heed from the several bad reviews commenting on the legitimacy of this facility. I had a coupon for an oil change with free tire rotation. Not only did they keep my car for over 2 and half hours but they failed to complete the tire rotation. I wish they had told me that after they finished the oil change so I could have been on my way. I will never be coming back to this facility and highly suggest finding another alternative. Sometimes a great bargain just isnt worth it.
