Friendly service, but unable to accommodate tire-rotation on my crew cab pickup. Neglected to provide inspection checklist sheet after oil change. I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I was 5 minutes early for my appointment, but due to other ongoing jobs, my truck was not pulled into the bay until 35 minutes after my appointment time. A few minutes later, the service manager notified me that their lift is insufficient to lift my F150 pickup and they would not be able to rotate my tires as requested. They proceeded with the oil change; it took about 25 minutes. I had to ask if the multi-point inspection noticed anything, and I was not provided with an inspection checklist as should be included in Meinekes standard service. My oil/filter was changed acceptably. I do not believe the multi-point inspection was completed, as my wiper blades needed replacement (I did that myself later). I am surprised that a name-brand service store does not have sufficient equipment for full-size light duty pickups. Overall, I am dissatisfied with the service provided.

If you would like to waste your money and have another auto repair shop make repairs over this shops negligent work I suggest you go here. This shop exhibits unethical behaviors and they are not professional. I suggest going somewhere else. **** Response to the owner comment: If your shop was abreast of what was going on with their customers you would know that I had already contacted customer support four days prior to posting this review and and to no avail I have not been assisted only been given more excuses and NO HELP.

I had to bring my car here for a timing belt, water pump, serpentine belt, and engine pulley replacement change last year. They did such an AMAZING job with it and were so patient in helping me that I take my car no where else but here if I can help it. If there is something wrong, I take it back and the staff keep working to make sure the customer is satisfied and the job is complete. In my book, that is top- notch service. Elijah and Micah rock! Best service and fastest oil change ever!!

Went only for front end issue, after an hour I was presented with other issues that didnt exist & an estimate for $500 that didnt include any front end vibration addressing; the low tire pressure indicator that was on prior to arriving was not fixed (they didnt even put air in tires). Update: Went to Mom & Pops Garage, turned out to be a tire that was faulty & had about a 1 foot bald wear spot on the tread that this place (Meineke) couldnt notice or mention.

Comfortable, quick, clean, and affordable. I found this place via google maps and was only calling around to price check, but their deals were AWESOME! Friendly service, very prompt in bring my car to be worked on. The lobby has a comfy red couch and overall just clean. If only I was staying in town they would be my main auto repair shop. Rating of ten stars from me (and I dont just hand those out).

Went in for tire installation and alignment. All tires were fitted but when I asked for the alignment results all I got was a blank stare. I asked again how far out of alignment the wheels were, was told "A couple degrees". No proof of misalignment sheet or explanation was provided so I wrote it off as a bad experience which cost me the best part of $100. Wouldnt go there again if they paid me.

Came here for an inspection. He revealed a hidden problem. Gave me a choice to fix it. Gave me a price that I can afford, and brought the worn out parts to me. Before you purchase a use car, even the same year of the year of purchase, I suggest you bring the vehicle to this shop for pre purchase inspection, and for regular maintenance. Fast, reliable service, affordable

Im a veteran marine and former police officer these guys are good people they do there job well. And Joe is also involved in helping veterans very sincere and trusting. I have been several times great service to my truck and car. He really respects our veterans that is more important to me than anything.And does a good job thank you Joe

Great experience! I called at about 5:30 and brought my truck in for a new muffler shortly after that. They stayed late to finish it and showed me what was on there already. They gave me a few options and gave me prices for each service. They were very friendly and the cost actually came out to be less than the quoted it.

Had my Jeep serviced here today. The staff was friendly (gave me a military discount), however, I noticed they didnt rotate my tires (I always mark them for this exact reason). I guess Ill continue to find a decent place to get an oil change.
