You Get What You Pay For I didn’t know how true this is. I’ve been going to this drycleaner since they opened. I even posted a good review a few years ago. About a year ago I got my $450 suit back and the front had some damage with the material bubbling up. I’m pretty easy going and figured it’s one mistake, I’ll let it slide. I couldn’t wear the suit and it sat in my closet since. About a month ago I gave them a bunch of shirts. When I give them my shirts I pull out the stays and look at them to point out any stains. I don’t usually spend big money on shirts, but this was a custom made black shirt, which cost me $130. When I went back to pick up the shirt, it had several stains on it like something dripped on it. The employees didn’t know what to do and said I have to talk to the owner. I know the owner and between my wife and I we went in about 4 times and never found the him there. Finally, they told me when he would be in and I went to talk to him. I am a reasonably guy. When I told the girl at the counter I had a shirt that was damaged, she called the owner and said the guy is here for the black shirt. He apparently was waiting for me. He went back, grabbed the shirt, shoved in my hand and said, “Sir, we did not do that?” I asked him how he knew and he said I know my employees. I told him he is never in the store to know what they are doing, which is often the case. He said absolutely not. I was shocked about how rude and dismissive he was. I’ve spoken to him in the past. He knew I was a regular customer, yet he would not take any responsibility or even hear that it could even be possible that someone in his shop did this. If you look at his reviews, you will see that this has happened to several other of his customers and he treats them the same way. He has absolutely no appreciation for his customers. I hate writing bad reviews. He is a foolish businessman. I even walked in with about $30 worth of dry cleaning that I took away with the rest of my business. If he just showed some empathy and concern we could have worked something out. But he is a proud and foolish man with lousy service. So between my suit and shirt I lost $580. I just realized it is better to pay 50 cents more a shirt to go to a quality dry cleaner.

I have been a regular customer for this place for about a year or more. One day, my shirt was messed up by them. I went there to report. The manager (looked like about 50 years old guy with Hispanic or middle eastern accent) said it was not washed there although I even had the sticker there. He was very rude and had no courtesy towards the customer. I have to discontinue going there because of their behavior. Every time I wash my clothes, I pay $30 to $50 bucks. They will lose one loyal customer simply because of his worst attitude. All I wanted from them is to accept it and redo my cleaning but he went on talking about so many things. Worst customer service ever!

Aweful place for dry clean. They didnt iron shirts well, but I have been going there for 6 months because its close to my work. I took my comforter there for cleaning. They messed up the cotton inside the comforter. Also, there is a big yellow spot on my comforter. The female manager told me to bring the comforter back, they will try to fix it. When I brought my comforter back to the store, the front desk guy told me the manager said thats the way they wash comforter. They air dry it and nothing they can do. HE DID NOT even open the bag and check the comforter. I told him about the spot, he told me to iron it myself. What kind of customer service is this!???!!!

Dont take your stuff there unless you want it to get ruined. I have been using this dry cleaners for the past year, and ocasionally would find a burnt iron mark or a small hole on my husbands shirts. However, my biggest mistake was to take a couple of my dresses for a dry clean. Both of them got ruined. I found a burnt stain on one of them and several holes on the other! When I talked to the owner, he said that they do not use irons and I must have burnt the dress myself (!). He refused to negotiate and prefered to lose another customer. I hope someone will sue them someday...

Unprofessional, unskilled workers and belligerent manager. My expensive comforter was damaged and the owner said it was not - only to him to have a staff member repair the open stitches. The repair was a completely different stitch thus provided an unsuitable shabby "repair". After telling me that it was not a big difference or a big deal - I was sent on my way with a "God Bless You". All this by the manager in charge. Well, Amen, no more looking for low cost cleaner. Low quality will not due - Please spend the extra money and dont go to this place for ANYTHING.

Great service at a great price... but just realize that this is no miracle exception to the rule - you get what you pay for. If you expect full-service, spotless dry cleaning of every garment every time for $1.99, you will be disappointed sometimes. On the other hand, if you want freshen up, crisp ironing, neat hanging/folding, and quick turnaround, this might work for you, too. I used to pay double that for slacks and much more for sweaters, etc., so to save roughly $30.00+ every 2-3 weeks, I am OK doing the occassional touch up myself.

TERRIBLE. Took a comforter to be cleaned, picked it up and it had big scorch stains on it. Took it back, picked it up again and it was pretty clean. Then they called and said I had the wrong comforter. I told them I did not. They harassed me day and night for a week until I gave MY comforter back to them (wanting to jam it down their throats). They gave me no comforter in return. I am now out the $20 cleaning fee and the comforter. They called me a "thief" . . . THEY ARE THE THIEVES.

When I saw that this place was so cheap, I immediately thought of Zips Dry Cleaning (and broken buttons, shirts with ironed-in wrinkles, etc...). This place does amazing work for the price... I did bring in a suit covered in animal hair and got back some of that animal hair when I picked it up the next day... but overall, I wouldnt hesitate to send my everyday stuff here (Ive been told by women that it might not be safe for silk...)

I basically use this place for shirts and for simple dry clean items. I think that the results are very good for the price (and Ive been using them for several years) but like at least one other reviewer said you generally get what you pay for and I would be doubtful about taking an expensive or easy to damage item here for dry cleaning - for that Id spring for a more expensive full service cleaner.
