Im new to the area and discovered this place since it was near City Diner, which I love, so hubby and I gave it a shot. Other than the person doing the intake seeming a little distracted, the process was simple and efficient. We have begun to use the place on a regular basis. Yes, the pricing is slighter higher than average, but then so is the work and dedication put into returning to you a garment in perfect condition. That slightly distracted employee we met the 1st time turns out to be the owner. To some, I could see how he could come off as being a little abrupt and cold. Hes not, just one of those people ya gotta get to know a little bit. He has gone above and beyond to restore clothes for us! My hubby had his fathers overcoat dryleaned and all stains of foreign matter removed. It is a vintage coat and his father is deceased, so it meant the world to him and the owner took special care in presenting a beautifully restored coat to my husband. We set him to task with another item, the pillow top cover to our Tempurpedic mattress due to animal urine and blood. A few short hours after dropping it off, he called us, saying he just realized due to situation we have no bed to sleep on and would have the item ready 1st thing in the morning, instead of Monday as originally discussed. How thoughtful, caring, and considerate! I will be back again and again and again...

Terrible service. Wont go here again. Went here this week after getting an ad in the mail with a $10 off coupon, no restrictions on the amount of purchase. I drop off my clothes, and then sole employee (who turns out to be the manager) seems annoyed that I interrupted his painting of an exterior wall of the structure. As I got back in the car, I remembered the coupon was in the back seat, but I thought it was a non-issue. I came back today to pick up my clothes and pay, and the same irritable manager refuses to take my coupon on the grounds that I hadnt presented it when I dropped my clothes off. Despite it being his coupon -- and me happily responding to his ad -- he would not honor it, making my dry cleaning way overpriced instead of somewhat overpriced. My clothes dont even look much better than when I had dropped them off, other than looking pressed. Boo

Avoid this place at all costs!!! The owner is absolutely extremely incompetent and downright rude. I went to pick up my clothes, he had changed the pricing on my ticket. I asked him why it was more expensive, he said he made a mistake when ringing in what I brought (his mistake so as the owner he should have eaten it but ok). I said, next time Im only paying what the initial ticket says I should owe. He said (and I quote) "No youre not and if you dont like it, dont come back." He also made reference that hell change tickets frequently as he cleans the clothes. I dont have time to monitor why hes increasing what and why, and no customer should be spoken to like that over the establishments mistake!! Also, I was a new customer, only having been there 3 times and he was already messing up, changing/adding pricing to my tickets!!
