If you want great customer service, quality work, and reasonable prices go no further. I took my Subaru to the dealer for sixteen years for service and now I take it to Elden Street Sunoco. Although I cant complain about the work I had to wait days to get into the dealership and the prices were very high. I tried a couple of other garages in my area and were not satisfied with the customer service at all. Being an older female they often talked down to me; attempted to sell me things I didnt need thinking I didnt know what I was doing and had a take it or leave it attitude. When you go to Elden Sunoco you are always treated as if you are the most important customer they have even if you are just getting the oil changed. They always call with the estimate and never try and high pressure you. When I need to replace my headlamps and the cost from the shop was so expensive I decided to buy them on line and they happily installed them for me saving me several hundred dollars. I have been so pleased that I have referred several friends and they are happy to.

Very shady and misleading service. Had a tire checked for losing air but it was the TPMS leaking instead of the tire. They immediately started looking for a replacement part & never mentioned that TMPS may be covered by warranty. I even saw the guy check my VIN to see the model and year so he knew the car was relatively new and likely covered. They couldnt find a part so he then asked if I wanted them to try to fix it & I said yes. They couldnt fix it so they then asked if I wanted to replace with a normal valve stem & I said yes. Found out AFTER they finished that they had to break the TPMS in two when changing (thus I cant claim warranty) and hid the parts at first. When I asked for the part, they then acted funny and made excuses about breaking it. Next day I found out warranty would have covered, but they will not replace the part they broke since I cant claim it. Very misleading and bad customer service (tried to immediately order part without suggesting to check warranty) and EXTREMELY rude when I ask them to cover what they broke.

This is the review written by a Sanda Murphy, and I could not disagree with it more. She claimed ( Very Shady Place.... Dont ever take your car there for anything. They use deceptive business practices and prey on peoples lack of auto-repair knowledge.They embellish potential safety concerns.) This Sunoco Station has NEVER acted in a shady manner in the many years that I have dealt with them from gasoline, to snacks, to major repairs. Unknown problems were efficiently trouble-shot and diagnosed with a reasonable cost estimate AND most importantly the detailed safety concerns explained regarding the different "FIXES". I trust them with my 3000# vehicle to keep me and my family safe and my fellow drivers. How can this one person rate their professionalism with only one star, while most everyone else rates them in the FIVE STAR category? Sandy Murphys review just doesnt make any sense.

I have used them in the past for minor service and recommended service items and they have done great. Recently my car overheated before the July 4th holiday. This was no exception. My SUV had to be towed to them. They were able to take care of my issue in three days. My vehicle is running fine. If I ever have an issue they are always there to assist me. They explain everything to me and give me all the information I need to know to understand what is going on with my car. The manager, Abdul is wonderful. I will be going there for all my auto service needs. I highly recommend other people give them a try. The prices are good. Thanks Abdul and your guys at Elden Street Sunoco you are wonderful.

So far we were happy with the services provided by this shop. All our repairs (the front brake pads+rotors, CV joint, and serpentine belt replacements) were performed in a timely and professional manner. The quotes, provided by Abdul via phone, were the lowest among the estimates that I received from several local automotive places. The invoice totals did not exceed the quoted prices. All the employees that we had a chance to deal with (Abdul, Brahim - a mechanic) seemed knowledgeable, courteous, patient, accommodating and trustworthy.

My window wouldnt roll up on my Mercedes. I work in Reston. I drove to the Elden Street gas station and dropped it off for an estimate. After they gave me the estimate, I called the Mercedes dealership and they wanted almost triple what Sunoco was going to charge me. While I was there I noticed that the staff was very friendly. They station was very clean and properly run. I had a great experience dealing with this business. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an honest shop.

Had a great experience. I brought my car in for a break change and possible break fluid leak. The mechanic took my wheels off and brought me out to my car and showed me what I would be looking for with a fluid leak. All I needed was a break change. They did so right there. While I waited I had a great conversation with my mechanic and he taught me a lot about how to keep my car is great shape!

My Husbands mom had a flat tire. They went to her house. Put the donut on and brought her car to their shop to plug her tire. The house call was very inexpensive. Could not believe they would do that for us. We were not home at the time. We had them do a few other minor repairs while it was there. Great service. Thank you.

The Herndon Sunoco off Elden offers emission inspections. I went to get my car inspected. I really enjoyed all the people I met while getting serviced they were so fast. This Sunoco does all types of repair work. The location is convenient to where I live.
