Dont go to this Firestone!! Target woman and those with Firestone Credit cards (Upcharging or staging a force sale)!!!!! They are not helping customers they are helping themselves to hit sales! I took the car to get car inspection nothing else no issue with the car including the battery. I drop it off at 7:20 am and told him I would stop by around 11am to pick it up. Michael (is always nice and professional) call me at 10:15am stating my car is ready didnt say anything about the car over the phone. When I pull into firestone get my car it was still in the garage me and my sister both thought that was strange since I drop it off at 7:20am in the morning. When I got their at 11:45am he stated that they did a battery check. What I thought was interesting he mention that did a free battery check. I told him I would consider replacing the battery but thought it was weird for them to be just pulling out of the garage when I show up. He had a list of recommendation which i didnt like due to I didnt ask them to look over my car in the first place just do the car inspection. Michael was nice and show me the battery printout which I found very odd at that very moment. Especially since I didnt complain about battery issues at any point for them to go check out my whole car with recommendation. OH the recommendation was about $349.00 worth of work. (NOT JOKING) at least Michael was smart enough to only mention the battery to my face. He stated that my battery was extremely low and that it should last until the end of the summer. What I find interesting I leave the building of firestone went home which is only 1.5 miles from my house. I didnt touch my car until later that evening I started the car and went to Panera to get some tea. When I got back to my car it was completely dead and the car wouldnt start. I wasnt in the store no more then 15 minutes. I had no issue with my car until I took it to firestone. I call the store manager Dewayne was very protective of his crew member wanted to project so call "educational lesson about battery life". I know from the last experience I had with Firestone same store I went got new tire the promotional stated free tire rotating. The tech came out and ask did I wanted them rotated and I said yes. They charge me $79.00 when it was suppose to be free. I didnt complain due to fact I was working 6 day a week and driving 2 hours to work. I feel this store is starting to show sign of (upcharging and targeting women). Dewayne had every bit of immediately response of my complaint but in a way that was dumbing down the situation. He was trying to project an attitude of superior knowledge or demeanor over the phone nor was he listening to my complaint. When I say he had a response for everything he had immediately reply nothing toward helping the consumer!! They way he projected himself on that phone he was complete JERK and now I know that store is doing shady sale tactic to increase sales. If he and his tech think they can get away with upcharging and targeting a (Sale) toward woman or someone with little car knowledge. I will send this complaint to every site possible to make sure other people also complaint. I feel this particular store tactic will catch up with them sooner or later and I am HOPING SOONER. They are especially targeting those with Firestore Credit limits. You have been Warn!!! Shady business practices never going back!

I made appointment for 12. I arrive at 11:40 to confirm the tire fitment and was check in at 12:03 I was checkout at 2:30. The day before I told it should take an hour for what I needed done. This morning when I arrived they told me it was going to be about 2 hours. The tire where also made in DOT 2414 so about a year and half old, so the tire are not so new. I questions this and decided to put them on since I was already there. They could have order more but could not guarantee the manufacture date and it take a few days or weeks. These may dry rot sooner than they should because of there age, effectively limiting the tire useful lifespan. What I had done. Purchased 4 new tire to be put on bare rims in back of truck and installed on truck also had 2 old tires demount from rims. Thats all. All that needed to be done was mount and balance 4 tires on bare rims remove 4 tire from truck install new tires on truck demount 2 tires from old rims( they gouged my 2 aluminium rims on the back a little) put all old stuff in back of truck. I do not know how long it takes to mount and balance tires but walmart did one for me this morning in about 10-15 minutes remove old tire and install another tire on the same rim. Firestone has all the equipment to take care of this in a few minutes. Wheel changing machine, computer balancer and air tools. No offensive but with hand tools and a bottle jack you could install the tires a lot quicker than what happen today. I know because I did it this morning and have done it a few times. I could have just bought the tires and drove to walmart and have them mounted and balanced for about the same price and quicker most likely. I am very disappointed in Firestone performance. I watched a few of the technicians today and did not see any real motivation or work ethic. I know ever type of job is different but i was not impressed with what I saw. People do not have to enjoy there jobs but they should at least try their best to DO their job to the best of their abilities. They are getting paid to work. Also I was given a warranty booklet which has to be stamped according to the back page which was not and the mileage reported on the receipt was off by about 50000 miles. My truck has 177305, on the paper work it said I had 122936 or so miles which is off. I can see a slight miss reading but it only ten miles to Firestone so how does 22936 turn into 77305 What would happen in the event of trying to file a warranty? Technically I have only about 10000 mile warranty if it when by my mileage numbers. Just want to express my thoughts on my experience with this Firestone location. I have gone to others and have had better luck.

I agree with others, this place has taken a turn for the worse. I received great service from this location a few years ago but now they are running a bad business. Ive been lied to three times now. 1: I was told that my broken valve stem could not be fixed, Id have to purchase all new TPMS sensors. Not true, purchased a repair kit from the dealer for $12.00 and fixed it myself. Sad when a business that specializes in tires cant fix a tire issue. Guess they could fix, just didnt want to do it without ripping me off. 2: Was told they charge $25.00 to mount and balance tires not purchased there. I purchased tires elsewhere then called to schedule a time to have them put on. The price then went up to $50.00 per tire. I asked why and the person gave me some made up reason. I then informed this person that I used to install tires for a living when I was in college and called him out on his lies. He hung up on me. 3: I called for a price to have a four wheel alignment done, they said it would be $300.00. I called a few other places and no one else was higher than $100. 4: About a year goes by from #3 and I figured maybe Ill try this place again. I had a tire out of balance, so I call to schedule an appt. and the person tells me I dont need one just come in at 14:00. I take half a day off work go in at 14:00 to be told they are booked and cant fit me in, that I should have made an appt. I told them I tried. I told them what happen and they said, well Im not the person you spoke to so I dont know what to tell you. Thats the level of service this place has now. Then they tell me they can schedule me for the following week. I said I needed to look at my work schedule. They then said you can call and make an appt. Really because that worked out so great the first time. Id stay away from this place. They have no business ethics.
