I had an appointment at 11, for which I took time from work. ALL I needed was an oil change. Thats it. Nothing fancy. And I waited two and a half HOURS for this to be completed. For two hours, my car was left unlocked and unattended in an open parking lot. I couldve googled how to change oil, purchased the materials, completed the task, and cleaned it up in less time. The claim they kept making was that they only had one technician that day, but I counted four employees who passed me outside munching on snacks and smoking. If theyre hiring people who cant change oil, I have no idea how they get anything done. The only positive thing was that they had a table outside where I could sit and keep an eye on my car--and I got a tan waiting. Ive been in car accidents that were more pleasant. The Pep Boys website rejected this review, no surprise. This is word-for-word what I wrote for them.

Easter Sunday. I have a flat tire. I called Pep Boys and asked if I was able to get my tire inflated enough to get to them, would they be able to take a look at my tire. They said, Yes! I used a portable air pump and got enough inflation to get there. They took my car immediately and discovered a screw in the tire. They patched the hole and got me back on the road. Oh, and this is the best part: They wouldnt charge me. Thank you for the Easter Blessings, Pep Boys. Your 10040 Midlothian group is just amazing. Thank you!!!

Called around to several places today about an oil change. Most were very rude and made no attempt at setting an appointment if they didnt have time today. I called Pep Boys and even though they were full today they asked if they could schedule me for Monday and even let me know about coupons they have online. Even though their price was slightly higher than some of the other places I called they were by far and away the best customer service I encountered today, so I booked by appointment for tomorrow! Way to go Pep Boys

Visited yesterday for a new battery. Ahmed and Derek (service manager) were very friendly. Ahmed patiently waited for me to pull up my coupons. I left with a new battery, windshield wipers, and a sidelight bulb replacement in less than an hour and great savings. My experience at this location over the years has always been great.

Had my Civic in about a week ago to have 4 tires, struts and an alignment done. I got estimates from several local shops and they were much cheaper. The staff was very nice and helpful and had the work done in only a couple of hours. My Civic now rides like a Cadillac! Will definitely be returning for future work.

We always have great experiences here. Even the few times that things have taken longer than estimated they have been professional courteous and gone out of their way to make things right. I know they will give me a fair assessment and price. They will even tell me if they think I can get a part cheaper elsewhere!

best costumer service ever. the guys in the counter not only friendly but they know their stuff. they even found me coupons to help ease my balance.It was a 10 hours job, and they got it done in 6 hours. never going to another shop if i can help it.

Excellent service! I have lived in this area for over four years and this is the only place I will take my vehicle. Brad, Collin and the staff here are professional and I trust their maintenance. Definitely recommend them.

They wanted $25 to literally take a tire off the truck (NOT off the rim) and put a different tire one. Loosen 5 lug nuts, tighten 5 back. I went down the road a half-mile to Merchants where they did it for $5
