My Experience has been very bad, I will never go to the Cottman Transmission Service center on Midlothian Turnpike , Richmond Virginia. I brought my vehicle in to have the front wheel bearings replaced and an oil change. Not to get hit with a bill for $1700.00 to replace my transfer case on my 2002 Toyota Sequoia, When there was nothing wrong with it when I brought in.. I do not recommend this place to take your vehicle in for ant repairs. I do not give this place any stars, I had to give it one so I can post this review.

Good hardworking group of guys, took time to explain everything I needed to know, charged a fair price and didnt complain about my car taking up lift space when I ran into unexpected problems getting parts. Got the job done fast and right the first time once everything came in. I hope I never have another job I cant do myself (especially a bad transmission) but if I do I got the number on speed dial.
