If you are doing a military pack out and they hire these company PLEASE request someone else! Very unprofessional. The weight of our shipment was changed without someone even speaking to us. I got no phone call, no contact until guys showed up in a beat up van that was no where close to big enough! I sent them away and then even after contacting the Personal property office the SAME van was sent back out. The only saving grace was the Packers themselves, they were both very kind and apologetic. Another van was sent out this morning to pick up the remaining items and the lady has an attitude with ME! Carries my sofa out into a dirty truck WITHOUT wrapping it even though the guys yesterday left plastic for them!!!!!!! I will be shocked if all our stuff makes it. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Terrible. Could have not had a worse experience. We are relocating to Hawaii and they sent the wrong families shipment to Hawaii and have not delivered our shipment! All of our things are still currently in Virginia about to head out to the wrong location. How do you mix up shipments and send them to the wrong location? Do not use this company. The movers showed up smelling of alcohol and all of our belongings are missing. Please save yourself the headache and do not use this awful company.
