I am very pleased with the service I have received with Mr A. Gilliam, Mr D. Jackson and the other facility assistant at this location. They have been friendly, prompt, and professional in addressing any issues. I have had the good fortune of receiving their assistance with my storage facility and the office for my small business and my partners small business. They are among the best of the best. I can honestly say that, because I have been utilizing both services since 2012.

I am currently a student at ODU and this location is very convenient to the campus. I decided to leave majority of my things in storage to make moving back in next semester an easier process. I was greeted and felt like things were organized. I dont have to worry about my things getting damaged because it is all inside and climate control. There are so many positives along with being able to set automatic payments. I have yet to experience any downsides.

I run a small home improvement business in Norfolk. AAAA at 529 W. 24th Street in Ghent is a safe ,secure, and central location to store tools and access such. In the 2 years I have maintained a unit there, I have always been met with a courteous, friendly, and helpful staff. The premises are always neatly kept, and maintained. I have even referred several people to this location in the past and would again in the future.

Amazing customer service. Great price. Most of all I feel like my things are in good hands. Its inside and no one can access the units after hours. The also have a large bay door so you can drive your uhaul right inside. Def come and so business here!!
