Walked in and only one person in line...over an hour later...place is packed and were still here...one employee rolling around in the parking lot on a skid steer knowing that the place filled up with customers...the other cant get out of his own way and everything he does, he has to have the guy on the skid steer look at at. I swear this guy walks away from the counter and disappears like THAT is his job!

Horrible experience. I rented a truck for a local move 2 months in advance for 48 hours got my reservation and confirmation yet on the day I went to pick up the truck I was told that I can only have the truck for 4 hours... 4 HOURS!! the manager on duty waved off my reservation and confirmation saying "things changed". Stay away from these people.. not worth the headaches.

It is simply amazing this location is still in business. Only one or two employees on at any given time. The volume at this location requires at least 4 employees a shift. Be prepared for a long wait when picking up or stopping to make a reservation. You can reserve on-line but experience showed this does not guarantee the equipment is ready and waiting.

They place hooked up dolly that i was to drive 2,052 miles from Montana to PA. The electronic wires were not in a case for protection. Thus caused 2 BREAK downs required 2 different MECH men to fix. Never rent from these people.

People are super nice and very willing to help. Only reason I didnt give them a perfect rating b/c last couple of times I was there, my wait was over 20 minutes each time. So, excellent service if you dont mind the wait.

Rented a trailer. Process was simple. He didnt plug my light adapter into my truck very well and it came out while I drove causing minor damage to the adapter. My fault for not checking everything myself.

Made an appointment for a hitch at 130 and told them I was waiting. 220 still had not even touched my vehicle. What is the point of an appointment? Very disgusted by service.

Always no one to help staff very rude. Waiting patiently for 30 min. After receiving help about a question just felt like I was a burden to the place.

Alright place to rent a uhaul but some days its so crowded you cant get in parking lot. Some days the wait to get propane is a long long wait.
