Moved to Hampton VA from Utah...The company held my household goods in storage for 2 weeks. When delivered I was missing 11 items and damages to many things. I have called JMM company 5 times and emailed 2 times in attempt to locate the missing items and no-one from JMM has called or emailed me back. Further, the personnel that delivered the household goods were some of the most unprofessional movers I have had in 25 years in the military. They did not send a truck large enough to deliver our household goods and had to make several trips to deliver my items. I asked for a reweigh documentation and they said they estimated the weight by the number of crates - very unprofessional! I would rate them a zero but cant mark anything less than a one star. They are meeting the bare MINIMUM obligation as outlined in the Joint Travel Regulation and is obvious that they do not care about their military customers and just want the money for the storage and the move from the Government.

Never in a million years would I recommend this company to anyone. I am a military member and my household goods sat in VA for 9 days b/c they couldnt find anyone to drive them to Seattle for our move to Alaska. Besides that, the people who loaded our goods took about 15-20 breaks throughout the day that lasted 15-30 minutes. On top of that, they showed up just after 1000 in the morning (they are required to be there by 1000) and left at 10 pm. I have right at 10000 lbs and it has taken previous movers less time to pack up my goods with fewer workers. If you want fast and courteous service, I recommend you go elsewhere. I have now moved 4 times in my miltary career and they have successfully managed to make this one the absolute worst experience. They have manged to bust the required delivery date by 11 days. I sincerely hope military members read this review and ask not to have this company handle their household goods for their upcoming PCS.

The experience we had was horrible. We have been in the military for 11 years and never once had such horrible movers. First we will start with the packers, they were in such a rush to pack our belongings that they didnt even put items together our Xbox was was packed with kids toys our tvs were put in huge boxes with our couches and not to mention they forgot to pack up all our dishes. The movers got grease all over our white carpets from moving the washer and crushed boxes that said fragile dont crush and they were completely crushed when delivered!! They were TWO WEEKS late getting our stuff so our things sat in storage because they didnt have enough drivers to be delivered. They told us because our load wasnt as big as other we were not a priority! The airforce needs to drop the contract with this company ASAP!!!

This company was professional from start to finish. Starting with the contact from the estimator to the final move in and set up crew, everyone was courteous, helpful and gave great attention to detail. Our cross country move from VA to LA went smoothly and this crew made the transition a huge success.

First crew to actually come at 8am in time! Very professional & mature! Probably one of the best crews in my 23 years in Navy. Articulate & To-The-Point assisted with minor moving of furniture they did not deliver. Quick thorough cleanup. I would want the moving crew for my next move!
