Took vehicle to the broad st location, and I have had nothing but issues. First told them the issues and that the TCM needed to be replaced, the next day they finally diagnose the issue and said I was wrong and the issue is the PCM and assured me it was def. the PCM. The manager gave me a great deal on replacing it and doing Tranny Fluid change service and said I could pick it up on 7/30. Well 7/30 comes around and he tells me the PCM will have to be flashed from the dealer which he said was included if needed, but no he changed his story and wants me to an addition $100 to do this when he said it was included. So he said he will get it to the dealer and have them do it and I should be able to pick it up on 8/2 and told me to go ahead and prepay just incase the owner comes in and says charge full price which I said OK to because it was a great deal. On 8/2 no phone call from them. On 8/3 I called and found out it will not be ready until 8/5. So I called on 8/5 and was told that the dealer found an electrical issue and they were diagnosing it. On 8/6 I called and thier was no update. On 8/7 I went to the dealer and found out that Aamco lied and they never told aamco that the electrical was bad but the TCM (what I said in the first place) was bad!?!?!??!??!!!! and they are waiting on Aamco to open back up on monday (they are closed on weekends) 8/9. On 8/9 I called and the manager at aamco told me that it was the Dealers fault for giving him the wrong part, hmm well now he is shifting blame bc he told me it was the PCM and if it was the wrong part then why in the hell did he install it?!??!?!?!!! And now the manager wants me to pay an addition $400 to get the right part on thier as the dealer will not accept the PCM back. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!

Horrible experience. Untrustworthy staff. My Acura TL stopped shifting gear and a few other symptoms associated with a failed TPS. I had already checked the engine, abs, and tcs codes. All lead to a new TPS, however since AAMCO advertised a free diagnostic complete with ECU scan I though it would be a great idea to bring the car in. I dropped my car off with this guy who seemed to be calling the shot there. He told me they would call me when the car was ready. Three hours later after receiving no call, I used my other car to take a ride up to see if the car was finished. I got there and the car was finished for over two hours. Then, the guy proceeded to quote me over $2000 for a transmission rebuild. He told me that Honda had a bad reputation for transmission failure. I have only owned Honda products which include an Accord and a Civic and never had a transmission issue in the past. I left there feeling like I was slapped in the face. I took my car down to Midas and they confirmed a faulty TPS. A $30 repair. The car has been fine every since. My point is, imagine how much money I would have lost dealing with these guys had I had just a little less knowledge and common sense. Repair would have been 100 times more expensive just because the staff lead is simply a liar and a cheat. Never take your car there unless you want to waste an ass load of money and end up with the same issue you brought the car in for. Trust these guys at your peril, or loss of major $$$$$$

Worst Service EVER!!! My boyfriends car set up there for 6 months with one excuse after the next as to why they needed a little more time to get to it. My boyfriend had a transmission he wanted added to his car and they said they could do it. First, the guy who said he could do it got fired and then they said they would get to it "Next week" every time we called up there to check on the progress. Finally, we were fed up and found someone else. When he told them and went up there to get the key they had misplaced it and his license plates. Finally, after 30mins they found the key. Then told him he had to get it off the lot that day or they were going to tow it to a lot and he should have had to pay for storage as long as it had been up there. (In my opinion... the nerve!!! They should have paid to get it towed for him. I feel its a breach of a verbal contract to say you will do something for a customer and then not do it!!) My boyfriend has worked as a tow truck driver and recommended them to people all the time. Not anymore... If I could I would have not even put one star!

I wish I could fit the entire story of how amazing Aamco was for me in getting my vehicle fixed. Im pretty sure that without John, their service writer, and the other hard-working employees there my car would have never gotten fixed. Beware!!!! I paid for a diagnostic but I got a very non specific reason and was told to rebuilt or replaced. I still dont know why I need to pay to rebuilt or replace. I feel because Im a woman I was treated like an idiot and over charged for the work that my car needs. After talking to my mechanic who was the one that sent me here for the diagnostic, I called the shop and asked for the proper paperwork for my diagnostic. John made fun of my accent and hang up on me. I paid for a service and was not given the proper service and got humiliation on top. You do not even deserve a star. My problem was resolve: Called this morning asked for the owner who offered to speak to my mechanic. They discussed the diagnostic results and now I know what to do with my transmission.

My car was broken into while it was here. They did nothing to help me get a rental or deal with it, despite the fact I was moving within a few days and really needed my car. Then they took 3 weeks to do what they originally said would take 3 days. They said theyd fix the dashboard that had been destroyed by the thieves, but they did not do so. And now the engine light is back on and the car is jerking again, so apparently they didnt install the new transmission correctly. Horrible, slow, rude, and gave me almost no info about the car. Do not go here.
