EVERY TIME I HAVE TAKEN MY CAR (1990 KONDA ACCORD) THERE IT HAS COME BACK WITH SOME SORT OF INTENTIONAL PROBLEM. THE LAST (2) TIME I TOOK MY CAR THE BELTS CAME BACK SQUEAKING. I HAD TO TIGHTEN THEM BACK UP MYSELF. I RECENTLY TOOK IT TO THEM (JULY 9TH, 2012) FOR A TRANSMISSION CHECK AND THEY KEPT IT FOR 3 DAYS, DIDNT CALL ME TO TELL ME IT WAS READY, AND AGAIN THE BELT WAS SQUEAKING. BUT THIS TIME THEY REMOVED THE BRACKET TO THE BELT. I FOUND A PIECE OF THE BRACKET IN THE BOTTOM OF THE MOTOR LAYING ON THE PLASTIC COVER. THIS BRACKET HAS (3) BOLTS THAT HOLD IT TOGETHER AND ALL OF THEM WERE MISSING. I HAD TO GO BACK TO HONDA AND ORDER THE PARTS MYSELF AS WELL AS FIX IT MYSELF. THESE GUYS ARE A TOTAL WASTE IF TIME AND MONEY. I HAVE TAKEN MY CAR TO BOTH LOCATIONS AND I GOT THE SAME RESULT.

I took an old Acura to them for repair and "suspected" it needed a LOT of work. They gave me an estimate which was very reasonable according to the Acura Legend Forum I joined shortly after acquiring the car. So I dropped it off overnight and got a call from them the next day at noon. Heres the shocker! They didnt do the work because it didnt need to be done. Charged me 1 hour labor to check everything out and give me a clean bill of health. Most shops would have "gone after" the money but not these guys. I am so impressed with the professionalism and honesty. If you have an Acura or Honda I wouldnt go anywhere else. Do you know how hard it is to find an honest shop? Just go there!

Professional staff and the garage the cars are worked on looks clean and organized. I have been getting my car checked and maintained from these guys for around 6 months now and they do a great job! The major services offered by these guys are excellent coz your card feel as good as new once the work is complete. Overall, I definitely recommend this place to anyone whos looking for a good, reliable Mechanic for regular maintenance on your car and keep the business a lot more personalized.

took my car to crown acura... not only did they tell me it would be $1300 to fix a spliced connection... they also said my catalytic converter was throwing an "inefficiency code" that they could fix with their $120 fuel system cleaner which turned out to be complete BS... took it to wallace and voila... fixed connection.. no code... for less than 10% of what the dealership was quoting. chris and his crew are as honest as they come. i highly recommend them!

Absolutely great service all around. My old and nearly worthless car was giving me troubles. Not only did they get my car in during a busy week, the customer service and willingness to go the extra mile was very much appreciated...especially considering the small amount of money they made off the service work. These guys are fantastic--they are honest, and they know Hondas. Last time I had an oil change done on my S2000 I asked them to look at a split breather tube and fix it if it wasnt too much work. Not only did they repair it, but they didnt charge me anything extra for it. This is the only place I will take my S2000. Its a pity they dont do tires as well.

Weve been a customer to this little shop for a few years. Our cars are usually not in need of huge repairs so things like state inspection and oil change is probably the only thing weve asked them to do and they did it perfectly fine. 10-15 mins of waiting and our "horses" ran like never before :-).

Brought my car in for a state safety inspection and immediately afterwards I get a flat tire. Completely incompetent and rude staff. I explained the situation to them and was utterly dismissed. If youre looking to have your car looked after, look anywhere but here.

Been here twice now for state inspections. Had another shop tell me I had front brake issues that i didnt think were there. Brought it up to these guys and they gave the brakes an honest check and told me everything looked great.
