Ive been bringing my cars to M&S since I moved into this neighborhood six years ago: always extremely pleased. Now I live across town and always return with my auto needs. I can fix cars myself, and have done so for 45 years. I have worked as a machinist and an electronic technician. At one time I had issues of whom I might trust with my car; even if youre a man, some mechanics try to take advantage of you or treat you like a fool. But now I cant keep up. My faith in Wagih Sharoubim is nearly absolute. I say "nearly" because today he is changing my front wheel bearings at my insistence. He would have had me wait until the problem is clearly indicated. He probably would have saved me money if I hadnt insisted. For first quality work done quickly and at reasonable rates, I cannot make a stronger recommendation than M&S auto repair. The best thing about this shop is they dont take in work they are not equipped to handle. Well the best and the worst. If they wont fix my car, I have to fix it myself. But at least I know its in capable hands.

Wadigh was an extremely nice man and made me feel very comfortable that he wasnt going to take advantage of my (lack of) car knowledge and charge me for things I dont need for my state inspection. I was in and out in less that 45 minutes! He passed my inspection and then went around my car and showed and explained to me one thing he felt was important to fix for my safety within the near future but not necessary for the inspection, and quoted me on very reasonable prices compared to everything else I have looked up. I will be returning here for all of my auto care needs!

When it comes to M & S Auto Repair on West Cary st. Official! One of the best shops in the city of Richmond. My experience with Wadigh and his Mechanics in the shop was awesome. After I left the shop I felt as if I were a high tech Mechanic. Wadigh and the guys will show you whats wrong and give a fair estimate and if you decide to get some work done these guys get it done. A bunch of shops in Richmond will try to scam you out of money. I would recommend M & S Auto for auto repairs. One of the best in the 804 RVA area. M & S Auto 5 Stars

Did not leave here pleased at all. Wanted them to look into a simple problem and they would not do it unless I committed to getting work done. Said he knew what the problem was and he had not even touched the car besides with his flashlight. I have worked on all my own vehicles but no longer have a place to do that. He was simply trying to sell me on something without putting in any time or effort to look into the problem. They were the only ones in town that had time to take me in on a Saturday and now I see why.

I was really happy to find this place unexpectedly a year ago and now bring my car here for any service needs. Wagih, the owner is super friendly and very honest. I feel comfortable bringing my car here and knowing that Im not getting ripped off. His prices are very fair and I can mostly bring my car in and have it done within an hour. Great service, great prices, and all around a great mechanic shop. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a no hassle and fair mechanic.

This is a real auto shop with a a real mechanic. Waghi, the owner, fixes things. Unlike many shop who just swap out parts until or if the problem is solved, Waghi, uses his engineering background to figure out whats wrong and then fixes it. Hes also one of the kindest, most honest people Ive met. He doesnt have all the technology, so hell refer you on if need be. Hes always my first stop and usually my last.

This place is legit. Honest estimates, fast work, friendly crew. I wouldnt bring a vehicle anywhere else in Richmond. These guys are the best. The owner Wagih (sp?), is the man. He is as trustworthy as they come and that says a lot in this industry. I would recommend M&S to anyone who needs auto repairs!
