Stay far away from this place. We had a 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan that started to make a winding noise so we took it to Jacobs. The mechanic we received service from name is Jeff. He told us the vehicle needed a pulley. So we paid 358.00 to get it replace. 1 weeks later the noise came back. We took it back to Jacobs Jeff looked at the van again and determined it was the alternator. We paid 179.00 for a new alternator so we thought. 3 months went by the car broke down again. The alternator went bad again. After looking at the alternator i noticed that it was purchased for a salvage yard. I immediately called Jacobs to speak with Jeff. I asked Jeff why would he replace my alternator with a used one that cost $20 for a salvage yard instead of buying a brand new one from autozone or advanced auto for $50 that comes with a warranty. His responds was he wanted to save me money and he doesnt get parts from autozone or advance. He only gets parts from "people" he deals with. Jeff was caught red handed They will put salvage parts on your vehicle. Just to keep you coming back to spend money.

Very sneaky and seems to be misleading place. Their work makes me question if they even replace the items that are wrong with my vechile. Brought my vechile in they said it was one thing then replaced another only for a few weeks later what they originally said was wrong now needed to be replaced All for a few weeks later my car breaks down from what they supposedly replaced Wouldnt recommend this place

Have taken cars here several times, and always had good honest service. They are very helpful, and the work usually is cheaper than other quotes. Had a transmission replacement and other work. Highly recommend
