Three weeks ago we dropped off my minivan to have the door replaced after being hit by a deer. All I wanted was a new door, that was it. A week in, we called to ask when it would be ready, they told us they had the parts in and were gonna replace it and that i should have it back the following week. An outright and blatant lie. They called us the following week, Bruce said our damage was more extensive and that it cost more to repair the damages then the value of the car itself. We only had one option, to sell the car for parts, because Bruce decided to go against our wishes. Today we took our back seats in and to gather all my belongings out from my car. Upon arrival, Shane took over 5 minutes to find our keys and as we were waiting, we overheard the secretary downright lie to a customer over the phone. Finally, Shane found our keys and we followed him to put the seats back into the car. Not only did he not offer to help us move the seats from one car to the next, he stood there doing nothing but smoke his cigarette. So now I am left with no car to drive due to lack of listening to the customer, horrid customer service, and knowing that toyota lies to their customers on a daily basis. I will never go to Toyota for a car for the rest of my life. They are by far the worst people i have ever dealt with.

Stay away from this place!!!! I dropped my car off to have body work fixed after an accident and when I returned to pick it up, my passenger door would not open!! I called and told them what was wrong and they said it was already like, then proceeded to tell me how much it would cost to fix and yelled at me on the phone!!!!! I had to threaten take them to court so they would fix it for free. On my paper work they put "pre-broken" door which was a lie!!! All of the employees I came in contact with were very short and rude when i dropped the car back off so they would fix the door and came back to pick it up. No one would admit to anything. Please stay away from this place because they will try to rip you off especially women!

I had an excellent experience at McGeorge. The work they did on the car was excellent. When there was a minor problem which was not within their control (a headlight shipped to them was broken) they offered me a very nice loaner car to ensure that I was not inconvienced by this slight delay. They quickly completed the job upon receiving the replacement part. So I would rate both the customer service and workmanship on the repair as outstanding! I would highly recommend this body shop!

Do not put your car into repair at McGeorges body shop. I had a little fender bender and was promised that the car would be finished in a week... only to be called each Friday for 4 weeks to be told that it would not be ready until the next Friday. They ordered multiple wrong parts and have no sense of urgency about repairing your vehicle. So, if you are prepared to not have a car for at least 6 weeks... then take it here. Honestly, I still have not gotten my car back.

First off, make no mistake that the people at McGeorge Mercedes on West Broad Street are wonderful. Everyone from the sales staff to the service staff is great! Somewhere along the line, they dropped the ball for the body shop because that place is horrible. All they do is keep telling you the car will be ready, and then its magically not ready. Ill never take my car here ever again. Its been close to 7 weeks and Im still waiting.

Had my car fixed there after I was rear ended on 295. They worked with the other guys insurance and took care of everything. I was able to get frequent status updates and my car looks like its back to the way it came off the factory floor.

5 STARS from our family . We’ve had our 2009 E350 repaired there and the craftsmanship was excellent. Completed on time . They also fix other models as well !! Did a fine job on our 2011 Escalade twice now ! Highly recommended!

My experience was great. The young lady at the desk, Leah I believe was her name kept me constantly updated on changes and when my car would be done and also did a great job at communicating with the rental shop due to changes.

Some employees are kind and want to help but owner is ruthless. (Intentional?) miscommunication about what you think youre getting, horrible work compared to what was promised and twice as long to complete as promised.

I dropped my car off here after a front end collision, and there were a few delays, but when it was finished it, it looked very good. Paint blending was excellent. Nobody has ever asked me if it was in a collision.
