Last year I struck a deer coming home from work which required work on bumper, hood, and both fenders. Im almost positive monkeys worked on my car while it was here. Panels were misaligned and the paint doesnt match...at all. I confronted the younger manager and he told me, "I dont see any problem. Everything looks fine." I made a scene because there is a distinct dif. between the gap on the left and right fender, not to mention the paint does not match on the right side of my vehicle. Older gentleman then came out and said to me, "You just need to massage the panels, theyre soft." They took it in to massage my panels while I continued to argue with them over the paint. Both told me that the paint looks fine. I gave up and called insurance only to find out that this is now between me and the body shop. With over 100k miles on my 09 Accord, let just say it wasnt worth the time and effort for me to fight with these people nor the insurance co. They are dishonest and take absolutely no pride in their work. Even sadder since this is "family owned." Check the pictures I uploaded on Yelp and judge for yourself.

All I came here to do was get my alignment fixed. I will never be coming back here again. Alignment was messed up so I came here to get it fixed then I started driving and the alignment is still messed up. They didnt give me the correct information on what was wrong. Just had to fork out another $150 on parts which they never mentioned. Im 19 I dont have the money to pay for a second alignment. I go to collage two days a week and the rest I bust butt working just trying to get by. Also they want me to pay for the alignment that they are currently doing even after they didnt align it when I paid yesterday. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THIS SHOP. I do not recommend going to A Auto Body. Not happy at all.

Maybe good for body work just maybe . repairs not so good charge me 800 to half ass fix some brake lines . with that much money they may replace the lines complete they just put couplings on rusted lines .the very same day i almost hit a wall getting out of the shop . the other lines bust .NOT A GOOD PLACE TAKE YOUR CAR TO OTHER PLACE .I TOLD THEM TO REPLACE THE WHOLE BRAKE LINES .THE ANSWER WAS GET THEM NEW WE INSTALL THEM FOR 100 BUCKS . WHAT A JOKE I READY PAY YOU 800 AND STILL WANT TO TAKE MORE OF MY MONEY .PLUS TOKE THEM 2 FREAKING WEEKS TO PUT 4 COUPLINGS . NOTHING BUT A JOKE GOING TO BBB THIS WEEK TO FILE A REPORT

I have been driving for 25+ years and I have never had a need for a body shop. Of course you can not predict everything, I was rear ended by someone on their cellphone. My insurance company recommended them to me, as well as some friends. I went for my estimate and the staff made everything so easy for me. I knew what was going to happen to the vehicle and they notified me when they found additional damage. The repairs were completed in a timely manner. And my vehicle was as nice and clean as it was before the accident. If it is ever needed, I will go back.

A Auto body replaced a door and repaired damage on the front fender of my Nissan 350Z. The workmanship and customer service is outstanding. Not a hint of damage - paint matches perfectly. In fact, the door is actually better than the original in terms of function and the sound when you close it. When I picked up my Z, they had buffed and polished the entire car as well as cleaned the interior including the windows inside and out. I highly recommend A Auto Body for all your Auto service needs.

The team over at A Auto Body provided me with outstanding customer service. While my car ended up being totaled the team kept me abreast of my cars status on a daily basis. When I went to collect my personal belongings from my vehicle the team helped me get the plates off, and gave me advice as to how to proceed in working with my insurance company. Lastly, they let me know that if I chose to purchase a used car they would inspect it free of charge.

The staff at A Auto Body is very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to repair my car in half the time expected. They were very accommodating and they even washed and cleaned the inside of my car before giving it back to me. Not all body shops do that. Ive been a customer for years and will continue to use them for all my body repairs.

Wow I never will go here again. This body shop cant be trusted. Over charge me, the 2 reviews they got is fake. I advice customer to stay with there vehicle. I will not ever go here again. Body shops like this needs to be shut down. 47 years I never felt so cheated

They did a quality job for a reasonable price. They also worked with my insurance company that took a long time getting back with them. They were patient and even worked with my rental car company to make sure I had a vehicle during the whole process.

They do a good job but dont take credit cards and you have to wait a month to get an appointment for fixing car . Once in..took two weeks it there is an enterprise rental right up road.
