I would give them ZERO STARS but it wouldnt let me. DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! I dont even know where to begin!!! My experience with this Body shop was nothing short of unprofessional. I was promised to receive updates through emails about my vehicle, but only received a phone call the day my vehicle was ready for pick up! Upon calling there, the gentleman kept me on hold for over 5 minutes and when he came back on the phone he told me that I would need to call back the next day OR WHATEVER! NICE PROFESSIONALISM!!! When I did pick my vehicle up, I could not shift out of park. They told me that I would have to insert my key near the shifter to make my vehicle go out of park...I did not know but two fuses were blown and I was riding around without ANY break lights for two days. Luckily I work at a car dealership and was able to get the issue resolved myself. THE BODY WORK SUCKS! My decklid does not match up with the quarterpanel, my taillight sticks out about an inch from the body(which my trunk is now leaking water severly). They also charged the insurance company for an energy absorber THAT WAS NEVER INSTALLED! I dont know about anyone who is reading this but that is a safety hazard as well as the fact that they did not INSPECT my car before it left there shop because they would have seen that I didnt have any break lights. bottom line is that I had a HORRIBLE experience and Im going to make sure since I was asked to post a review, that they get there review. My brother works at a bodyshop and said that if ANYONE at his shop would have done work like they did to my car they would have been fired on the shop. I feel completely taken advantage of and Im going to make sure that the insurance companies can see what type of people they are trusting in to fix and repair customers vehicles. Sorry Suburban, you took advantage of the wrong person this time and now your true workmanship will be shown to any potential client that you should have. Heres a hint for you, Do it right the first time. Have some integrity in the work you do. I will publish this on every single review site I can!!!!

Dropped my car off here after it got rear ended while parked. These guys were scheduled to have my car completed July 1. July 8 I was told my car was ready. Fish eyes, pitting, orange peel, overspray, runs, drips, waviness and even leftover rubbing compound was the end product for them. They blamed the fish eyes, pitting, orange peel and waviness on the carbon fiber trunk I provided them with that was already primed. They obviously didnt prep the trunk any further and just sprayed on top of it making the comment, "hopefully this is good primer." They claimed that they put "a lot of extra, free labor" into prepping it. Yeah ok. The trunk simply should have been sanded, filler primed, blocked, filler primed, blocked, painted. Guess this is a foreign concept. And none of this could be fixed because of the condition of the trunk. This is a BODY shop. So if my other car gets rear ended and the quarter has to be replaced, this is the shop that could potentially replace and repair the structural unibody? Of the car my 1 year old son rides in? How can you trust a shop to repair something like that when they cant figure out how to properly prep carbon fiber? Also, the paint doesnt even match. Can they match paint? No. Can they paint carbon fiber? No. Can they paint plastic (my bumper has waviness)? No. Can they paint metal (quarters have horrible orange peel)? No. I spray painted an old beater car in my garage with better results that this places "professional" work. Its an amateur shop in cahoots with insurance companies. Nothing less, nothing more. Look up Rosner or Pohanka collision centers for a better, quality alternative.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My car was in a front end collision/accident in the beginning of march (March 6th). I got it back at the end of April. Within two days of getting it back the check engine light was on. I brought it back along with a lengthy list of various things wrong with it (to include the horn not working) I got it back again at the end of May. When I went to pick it up the second time, not a word was said to me & all they did was hand me the keys & give me a dirty look (while being in my military uniform). Fast forward a few weeks & I go to put windshield washer fluid in my car & all of the fluid I just poured empties out onto the ground (the windshield washer fluid reservoir was clearly broken) so I call my insurance company & I tell them I do not want to bring it back to suburban. So as of today (Jun 19th) my car is still in the shop STILL being fixed for multiple issues that suburban couldnt be bothered to fix. The mechanics at the new shop my car is currently at told me "I dont understand how this last shop missed this stuff, most of the issues are such simple fixes". DO NOT bring your car to them. They are rude & lazy. They will make you feel dumb for voicing your concerns for your vehicle. They are also highly disrespectful. I do not recommend this shop whatsoever. Please save yourself the hassle & go elsewhere!!!

At Suburban Auto Body we strive to perform the best work possible in collision repair, however we can not control if a car has been in a previous accident or has major previous mechanical issues. We perform work for insurance companies that is caused by the "accident". The Insurance companies will not pay for "old damage" to a customers vehicle or replace someones transmission if the rear bumper only had a scratch on it. If there is ever anything wrong with a repair that our shop has performed, it is backed with a lifetime warranty. We have Two locations to better serve you. As much as I would have liked to fix this customers other issues, the insurance companies denied her damage and instructed us only to fix her bumper cover.

My car bumper was badly smashed by a hit and run driver. I went to this shop and they completely replaced my bumper within 24 hours. It looks beautiful, matches perfectly and my friends cant believe I had it fixed so quickly. Best part was they were much less than their competitors. I will go back in a heartbeat! They even washed the car!

We hit a deer in our 2012 Mazda 5, Suburban fixed the damage and the car looks better than new. When I was calling shops most were a week out, but Suburban got us in the same day and took only a little over a week. They were great to deal with!
