I have a spoiler that I bought for my car and decided I wanted Caliber Collision to paint it for me based on the reviews I saw on google. They say don’t judge a book buy its cover, well in this case this is the opposite. I had went in yesterday(9/25/2017) to ask them if they would paint the spoiler for me and someone who I’m guessing is the manager said it’s their policy that they can’t paint anything the shop doesn’t receive or something along those lines. To me that doesn’t sound right because I’ve had a couple friends go to the location off Lafayette Blvd and get worked done on parts that was not received by Caliber Collision with no problem, The only reason I went to the crappy location off Rt 17 is that I was close to there that day. They potentially lost a repeat customer by refusing my service. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS LOCATION OR ANY CALIBER COLLISION. I would rather take my vehicle or parts to a Mom and Pop body shop that’s well known then to a Body Shop that refuses service to someone.

Recommended to use Caliber following body damage to my Camaro. I was notified my car was ready for pick up. When I inspected my car, the rear view mirror was sitting in my glove box...found it after wondering why it was missing; rear seat was loose, battery terminal not secured and the interior was noticeably dirty from the technicians labor. And....some bright quality control expert checked off on the inspection checklist assuring my vehicle was ready for pickup. UNSAT! The Caliber reps on hand at the time were ill equipped to respond to my many questions of why my vehicle wasnt ready as promised; they gave me the "deer in the headlights" look which did not help the situation. I immediately contacted my GEICO rep to have my car sent to another location who could get the work done.

Door that was fix, didnt line up when my wife picked it up. So I called and let them know the receptionist was very nice and listened to my complaint. And ask if I wanted to talk to the manager Greg. I said yes but they were gone for the day. The very next day Greg called. And said to bring it in at my earliest convince the next day and they would look at it. I took it in and he looked at it ask me if I had time to wait. He took right in and fixed all my issues. They were very professional. Although my wife was very unhappy at first and give them an unsatisfied review on a survey she didnt give time to fix it. Now they have fixed it we are very satisfied the want above and beyond to make sure we where satisfied.

I had the opportunity to work with an exceptional team of workers that took care of me and kept me in the loop. My car was taken in by Casey Lahey the Service Advisor. She provided an great experience from the initial consultation where she explained the details of what was going to occur with the car and when I could expect it to be completed. The shop even arranged for the rental . A Jeep which my family and I loved. After the vehicle was completed Casey personally delivered and proved a showroom appearance with a top quality cleaning. Caey is exceptional and deserves all the praise for her work... Caliber Collision you have a winner

I came to Caliber Collision via Geico, i was in a car accident and the drivers insurance was paying for the damages..Casey could tell that i was a little bit stressed and she walked me through everything including the process. She and the rest of the staff were very professional and friendly. Upon picking up my car i received the same warm smile from her and the same energy as before! Our van was brought to Caliber Collision after an accident recently. All my nerves and aggravation were eased as soon as Service Advisor, Casey Lahey spoke to me. She went over every single detail of the process we were about to go through. She was easy to work with, attentive to all my questions, and made a terrible situation bearable. They did a great job and it was timely. We are pretty upset with the stain they left on the seat. Our vehicle was brand new so Im surprised they didnt take more care to prevent this kind of mishap.
