Never, ever, ever, again. I took my car here at the recommendation of my insurance company (first mistake) after a deer ran in front of it. Their initial repair took 5 days. It was the single worst repair job I have ever seen. Panels did not fit. Trim was hanging off. There were multiple paint and clearcoat drips all over the place. The manager apologized and said they would make it right. 5 WEEKS later, I got my car back and it still was not right. There was always an excuse. First they couldnt find the parts they ordered, then the repaint didnt turn out. Then the parts they RE-ordered didnt fit. When I finally got it back from them, I found they had spilled some solvent on the trunk of my car, eating away the paint. I took the car to a different Caliber Collision where they had to completely re-do everything this shop did, at the original shops expense. They showed me all of the corners that were cut by this shop, including fastening trim to damaged metal and trying to bend pieces to make them fit. In short, I will never ever use this shop again.

Hunter Clem and staff at this office revived my SUV and my satisfaction as a USAA member. I am very pleased with the care they took with my account. This was especially sensitive do to the fact my accident occured in Georgia on Thanksgiving Eve and I live here in Virginia. I have had to walk to work, bomb rides from co workers and fight with car pooling 41 minutes one way for approximately 2 months while dealing with this repair. All caliber collisions are not crated equal in customer service. However at the office I was served followup calls, emails, and schedule rental pickup and drop offs. You never know what people may been enduring under their smile but here the staff made the experience all good in the end. I would strongly recommend taking your damaged vehicle here for repairs. They will see its done right.

I took my Chevy Equinox on the 16th of this month in a very badly damaged condition. From the time I entered the office I was greeted with professional courtesy and genuine care. Brittany in the administrative office was very helpful in keeping me updated on the status of the repair work. Tommy was in charge if the actual repair work. I cannot say enough about the time he took to make certain that I as a disabled senior citizen received assistance necessary in getting in and out of my care. He also informed me of a care aid that I could purchase. I cannot express how satisfied I am with the repair work that Tommy completed on my vehicle. I will never go to this place again they dont tell you when they messed up on your car they paint over them when you go home with you expect your car you see it then I went back and show them what they did all they could say is what you want us to do fix it yeah did it fix it they dont know how to speak to people they really sneaky and I dont like it learn how to speak to your customers and when youre messed up on something let them know I would never go back over there again bad experience

Honestly it was probably about a year ago USAA recommended I take my car there after being rear-ended. The bumper was replaced quicker than I had been quoted and actually matched more than it did prior to the accident (its a used car and we suspect it had already been replaced). You cant tell that it ever happened and it was clear that the associate (I cant recall his name) was genuinely excited about his work.

My car was hit and damaged and I didnt really know what to expect. Calliber explained absolutely every thing and gave me daily updates on my car via text. I got a rental car and honestly I dont think I could have had a smoother, better experience. Also car looks fantastic and they even cleaned it better than car pool!

Great place! Outstanding customer service! I stopped in to get some road paint that had splashed on my car removed. The receptionist and manager were super accommodating and I am happy to say that the paint was successfully removed! The price was affordable, not over inflated like other shops can be!
