I had an accident and my insurance company suggested Precision Auto Body, and since I was new to the area I took my car there. They got my car on a friday, spoke with me friday and then i couldnt get a hold of them until the next Tuesday to get an estimate. They kept dodging my calls and ignoring me all week (because the car was very close to a total loss I wanted to know if the repaires increased). Then the following Monday they called and said that they found another 1,000 of damage and my insurance company had approved it on Friday (again no communication, didnt know all weekend that this had happened). They told me it would be done Tuesday but then tuesday rolled around and they gave me excuses. Then they promised it would be done Friday at the latest. On friday I arranged a special ride to get the car but apparently a part didnt come in right so they said, oh actually you wont have your car until Monday. Just total lack of concern for the customer or the fact that I didnt have a car for more than 2 weeks for a minor fender bender. I will personally tell everyone I know not to use them.

Precision Auto Body Lives up to its name From Merriam Webester: Definition of Precision 1: the quality or state of being precise : exactness 2: the degree of refinement with which an operation is performed or measured – distinguished from any other This was the first time bringing my car to Precision Auto Body. The damage was extensive to the right side of the car where I was hit making it impossible to open my driver’s side door. I was sure my car would never look the same again. It was my insurance company who referred me to Precision and I’m so glad they did. The car looks perfect and they even cleaned it inside and out. A very nice bonus. My experience in the past is that most companies just do the work, but Precision went above and beyond and the quality of work is exemplary. The people (Larry & Holly) were friendly and helpful and walked me through the steps of dealing with insurance, rental car, etc. Would definitely recommend if you find yourself in need of a good body shop.

Do not take your car here...period. There has to be another place to take it for whatever you need and the service couldnt get worse so you have nothing to lose! I went in for an oil change and brake check and it took 3 hours! 3 hours??!!!! The workers make no attempt to pretend they care. 2 days after I took my car there the ABS light came on the dash. How often does the ABS light come on, especially right after you get the brakes checked by a VERY shady place? I cant prove they did something, but come on...they either didnt check and charged me or they tampered with something. I dont think Im paranoid, this place has scam written all over it. The high ratings below must be from the owners b/c I dont see who would rate this place high even with a normal experience.

Very poor unorganized company, and customer service. I could run a better business out of my garage with an iphone. I used to be an autodealer in the area...this company is known for cutting corners and piling on un-warranted services. They also operate a towing service, several of my friends have been towed from the downtown area, they have grabbed the wrong cars before, towing from metered spot. They dont take pictures before they tow, so its your word versus theirs....only action of recourse is to take them to court. They only charge $200 because its almost that much to file in small claims. They know this, the economy is tight...DO NOT USE THIS UNETHICAL COMPANY. COMPLAIN TO THE BBB if you have had a similar incident, only way we can stop these predators.

Nice management on a personal basis, but they have someone who doesnt know what grit sandpaper to use BEFORE you paint. Had to return since they seem to have poor oversight. I would return to a great shop in West Virginia next time someone hits my parked car. However, they do give you a free ballpoint pen, but it is no good for writing this review So I had to buy a computer. Now Im out another $1,500. Now Im done so like Poncho said to Cisco, Lets went"

Wish we didnt taken our car to get it fixed there. First the door lock was not working properly, the wheels were not aligned. Hubby refused to take the car back because it took them more than a month to get our car fixed and we simply couldnt keep our car there! The paint job they did - now 2.5 years after - its chipping off.. OMG! What more can I say... I will not trust them ever! Shady workmanship!

They made a bad situation GREAT!!!! I had a accident during a snow storm and they towed me in and had the insurance adjuster look at as soon as the tow truck got it unloaded and I knew what the insurance was doing with it before my ride got there to pick me up. They got the truck done right on time, and you can not even tell where the damage was. Thank you very much Precision Auto Body staff.

They towed me , rented me a car, repaired my accident, and completely detailed my car like new. All of the insurance dealings where handled by Bill. Tim kept me informed through-out the time they had my car. My family has used these guys , and they recomended me to them. A+A+A+A+. I know now what there slogon means "We meet by accident". I hope I wont need to "meet" them again too soon.

I have been going to Precision Auto Body for over 10 years. They have always taken good care of our familys cars and trucks. They have a friendly professional staff and when needed, fought the insurance reps to fix it the right way. I took my pu back a couple of weeks after getting it back from them to tweak something I decided I wanted changed. They said no problem!
