I partially tore the splash shield off from under the engine and partially separated the bumper from the body. I was referred to a couple other auto body shops around Sterling but found that they would take about a week to get to my car. Also, their attitude suggested that I was taking up precious time by asking questions over the phone. When I saw reviews for Dulles Auto Body I was skeptical, but i called and will be forever glad that I did. Heres why: The owner, Sal, was friendly and attentive to my questions. When I dropped the car he personally made an inspection and took me inside for the estimate. Then, rather than a take-it-or-leave-it proposal, he gave me alternatives, explained the differences clearly, and didnt press when I chose the least expensive. He promised a fast next day turnaround and that the work would be done to the standards I wanted met. Sal delivered just as promised. The final cost matched the estimate, the car was ready sooner than I expected, and the work was done exactly as I had hoped. The perfect definition of "under-promise and over-deliver". Certainly, shop around to make your best decision, but dont hesitate to trust Sal and put your baby in his hands.

And he is patient too.....he listens to all of your questions/concerns and give the best advice.
