Leehigh did an all-around excellent job. I chose Leehigh specifically because they had the best google reviews in the area and they are a USAA approved body shop, I was very pleased that I did choose them. First and foremost, the repairs they completed on my truck were well done and they had my truck looking like nothing had ever happened to it. I was very impressed with the quality of the repair. Their customer service is also top-notch, Lauren was the one helping me with most of my questions but when I spoke with someone else on the phone he was on the same page and was able to relay the information Lauren and I had been talking about without skipping a beat. They kept me up to date on estimates, ordering parts, repairs, etc. The only "curveball" that happened was they had given me an estimated time of completion of two days but because they found some busted brackets on my truck it took three days to be completed. Im glad they inspected the vehicle thoroughly and were upfront and told me right away that my vehicle may take longer than previously expected. I would definitely recommend Leehigh Autobody if youre searching for a shop to repair your vehicle. Im really glad I chose them. 10/10.

Tried this place on a groupon and glad I did. After horrible experiences at other auto repair shops in the area I have to say this seems like the most honest place Ive ever been to. For one thing, my general experience with using groupons for certain services (like oil changes) is that so many people get them its impossible to use them right away, or when you mention them the business automatically puts you on the backburner or serves you inferior customer service from the start. Not so with Leehigh, as they got me in there right away. The man at the front desk was very knowledgable, explained things to me before I even had to ask (which I appreciate) and didnt try to scare or intimidate me into unnecessary repairs on my car. My only complaint, and reason for lack of a star, was that it took longer than it probably should have but Ill give them the benefit of the doubt that it was an especially busy Saturday...but the excellent customer service and extra amenities they gave my car as they diagnosed it more than made up for any wait. I will definitely be going back.

I have been to a lot of shops in my day as I only buy used cars and keep them forever. So I brought my 2002 Jetta with 109,000 miles in as a recommendation from a friend to Sean. The customer service is impeccable and the pricing is very fair. The main thing that is so great is that they are very trustworthy and we all know that "trustworthy mechanic" is usually an oxymoron but not in this case. And we all also know, once you find a mechanic you trust, you dont take your ride anywhere else. Try em once and you will be hooked.

Leehigh was great! They did excellent work on my truck after I smashed it and they even gave me a ride to the airport. After my trip they not only had my truck ready but it was washed and vacuumed and they even inspected it for free. I had forgotten it was due for inspection so they went ahead and took care of it for me. They handled everything with the insurance company so I literally had to do nothing! I highly recommend these guys. They are also really nice too!

This was the best body shop in NOVA. Years ago, they did a great job on one of my cars, but my most recent experience with them has been terrible. Additionally, therere 2 large scratches in my rear bumper that werent there when I dropped it off and overspray between the spokes of my wheels, both of which they denied any responsibility for. They also ruined the paint on my front bumper, which I was told I needed to pay extra for... I will not be back.

Took them almost four hours to change my oil and front disc brakes, and inspect my car, even though I was the first one there (with appointment). It cost $300 for the brakes alone! I saw other people getting better service, so maybe they treat first-time customers differently? The guys at the front desk were friendly, though. Four hours is just a long time to wait for such quick tasks as changing the oil or front disk brakes.

Leehigh offers great customer service. When I call they recognize me by name and ask how they can help. The rates are extremely fair and the work is reliable. I wouldnt take my car any place else. Beautiful facility located in Loudoun County convenient to both Route 50 and Route 28.

I have a fleet of approx 35 vehicles and they have probably worked on all of them at one point or another. Both the body shop and maintenance are great. I take my personal vehicles there are well and always have a good experience.

Recently had our Crown Vic bodywork repaired, and found them to be very reliable and friendly. High quality work, great facility, at reasonable prices. Highly recommend to anyone having bodywork done!

Way too expensive for an oil synthetic change and tire rotation. Charged $100.00 for the service. If I knew it would be this expensive I would have used someone else.
